I have pretty thick hair, and the haircut didn't match what I requested. During the washing, the lady painfully scratched my scalp with her nails. The layers are cut very unevenly. The only somewhat positive part was that she patiently styled it, possibly to make up for her lack of haircutting skill.

For five years, I was a regular client, only to find out that Leeka, my stylist, was ripping me off. Initially, I went to her for both cuts and root dyes. Over time, the quality of the haircuts declined significantly, which I believe was due to her laziness. I eventually switched to another salon for haircuts but continued visiting her for root dye.

The initial cost for a root touch-up was 85 GEL, but suddenly it rose to 115 GEL. When I questioned the increase, she gave me numerous excuses, like needing more dye because I had let my roots grow out, or that prices had increased. However, the charges seemed more about her mood than the actual time between appointments.

During my last visit a few months back, I got a manicure while waiting for my dye to set. When I went to pay, the total was a shocking 200 GEL. The manicure was only 40 GEL, so I asked Leeka why the root touch-up was now 160 GEL. Her response was that the blow dry was included in the price. I had always received a blow dry and never left with wet hair. She claimed it had been complimentary for five years—suddenly she had a change of heart and reduced the dye cost back to 115 GEL.

The next day, I asked a Georgian friend to inquire about the root touch-up price, and they were told it was 85 GEL. It turns out, she had been overcharging me for years, gradually raising the price to see what she could get away with, until attempting to almost double it.

I will never return to this salon. After five years of being a loyal customer, instead of showing appreciation, they chose to take advantage of me. Buyers, be cautious.

I have curly hair and was looking for advice on the best hairstyle. I'm thrilled with the haircut I got. The staff was both professional and friendly, and even the coffee was excellent. The salon is located on the second floor behind the door I posted.

Great spot overall. It's clearly a popular place, always bustling. I had my pedicure done and was very impressed with the skill of the therapist. However, I had some minor issues with the cleanliness of the washrooms and the need to pass through a storage area to get there. The noise level is a bit high due to the place's size, but otherwise, it's alright.
