About two months ago, I visited the shop to order motorbike tires. I sat down with the purchase manager, picked out the tires, and she promised to update me on the final prices. She never did. When I called two months later, I was wrongly accused of not responding. Despite this misunderstanding, I decided to go ahead with the purchase but questioned if installation was included. She unapologetically informed me it wasn’t and told me to find out the cost myself, as she wasn't responsible for customer support.

I agreed to buy the tires regardless. Then, she requested my ID, which seemed unnecessary since I was making a prepayment. When I expressed my confusion, she rudely told me that I talked too much. That was the point I decided to take my business elsewhere. I tried to explain my desire for more information, but she took it personally and escalated the situation.

My suggestion: invest in better customer service and reconsider your staff's attitude. As an update from December 2024, I ordered the same tires from eBay for half the price, even with costly shipping. It reveals the high profit margin here, making decent service even more necessary.

Un service rapide et efficace. Ma moto était coincée en première, mais ils ont rapidement diagnostiqué le problème. Malgré leur charge de travail élevée, ils ont pris en main mon véhicule. Dès le lendemain, tout était réparé ! Ce sont des professionnels compétents. En cas de souci, ils savent comment le résoudre. L'accueil est chaleureux et attentionné. Merci encore !

Sans avoir pris de rendez-vous, j'ai été rapidement pris en charge pour remplacer le kit de chaîne. L'équipe était sympathique, le service impeccable et très professionnel !

На сайте не работает каталог, однако звонок по телефону или в WhatsApp позволяет быстро узнать о наличии нужных деталей. Второй этаж несколько беспорядочен, но в целом – нормальный магазин с обширным ассортиментом.

Unprofessional and poor service.

Приличный выбор товаров, особенно батарей. Это меня спасло, так как пришлось проехать 1000 км с нерабочей батареей. Команда в мастерской очень профессиональна и дружелюбна. Огромное спасибо за быстрое решение моих проблем, особенно учитывая, что я был в Грузии всего на три дня.

Каталог на сайте не работает, но если позвонить по телефону или написать в WhatsApp, можно быстро узнать, есть ли нужные детали в наличии. На втором этаже небольшой беспорядок, но в общем магазин хороший, выбор действительно большой.

После пяти лет на постоянной основе был крайне разочарован тем, что меня обманули. Раньше мирился с их ошибками и платил за это, не выказывая недовольства. Это никто не оценил. Ставлю две звезды, так как там было два хороших парня, хотя не уверен, работают ли они там ещё. Если возможно, лучше обойдите стороной.

I wouldn’t return there. The shop is huge, but it feels like no one wants to help. I spent a lot to fix the clutch, and it still didn’t work right—it slipped in all gears. It was better than not being able to ride at all, but still awful. They only changed the friction plates and told me it would settle. I checked the clutch the next day and found an extra ball before the pushrod, preventing it from closing. Charging full price for a job like that is insane. I’m still angry, especially since the fix was simple and I found it myself quickly, even though I'm not a trained mechanic. No issues since I fixed it myself. The mechanics were nice and tried their best, but the general atmosphere was bad. Handing a bike back not working and still charging is absolutely ridiculous.

The bike maintenance service leaves much to be desired.

My BMW F650GS was having an issue where it would suddenly stop, especially in higher temperatures. There was no BMW motorcycle shop in Tbilisi, so I decided to try this place. They had the BMW diagnostic tools and quickly identified the problem. They organized a replacement pump and installed it. My fuel tank gasket was slightly worn, causing a leak. They found this out and arranged for a new gasket, which they also fitted. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly helpful. Our mechanic, George, spoke both English and German and inspired confidence. I highly recommend this shop.

Had an issue with the rear brake pipe on my BMW R 1250 GS, and dropped by without an appointment. They fixed it in 2 hours at a very fair price. Also had a great chat with the mechanic! I highly recommend their service and the team there. Huge thanks for saving my ride to Uschguli!

The store is fine, but the service area is awful. I brought my bike in for repair, and during the disassembly, they broke the seat mount and a plastic piece, and even lost a rubber band. They did a basic check-up and charged me 70 GEL. Never going back.

Amazing! They resolved the problems caused by Pit Stop Moto and did so at a low cost. Excellent communication, lovely staff.

Fantastic motorcycle store with excellent mechanics. They have a massive variety of adventure bike tires and parts. They helped me find Heidenau K60 scouts and installed them too. Tires are a bit pricey in Georgia compared to Europe, but these guys offered the best deal I found after searching for a few days. The service technicians are friendly, and some salespeople speak excellent English, so communication isn't a problem! Whether you're on a round-the-world trip or exploring Georgia, this is the spot for adventure gear. 🛵💨🇬🇪🤘
