The service was truly excellent. The cashier, in particular, was incredibly polite and very charming. It's the only place I've seen in Tbilisi with such a huge catalog of PS5 games. Did I mention how fantastic the cashier was?

This experience was a complete disaster. The website gamezone.ge is full of bugs, forcing you to pay upfront to place an order. I ordered a table for in-store pickup and waited four days without any SMS or call. I had to contact customer service myself, and the person promised to check and call back. Three more days passed with no response. When I called again, I was informed the table was out of stock and offered an alternative or a refund.

I opted for a refund. As soon as they canceled my order, the same table was magically available on the site again, meaning the next buyer might experience the same nightmare. A week passed without receiving my refund, so I had to call again. They told me the order was canceled, the money should’ve been received, and I needed to contact my bank. Strangely, the refund was processed right during the call, suggesting they either forgot or it’s another bug.

The support team was polite and tried to help, but the service level — especially the buggy website and broken processes — is terrible. I ended up waiting over two weeks for a refund for a product that didn’t even exist.

It's driving me insane! They insist that you hold onto every box for warranty claims, be it for a massive PS5, a controller, or any tiny accessory. Seriously? The PS5 box is enormous — practically a piece of furniture that demands an entire room for storage if you want your warranty intact. And it doesn't stop there; they expect you to keep every single peripheral's box too. Picture your place overflowing with boxes for controllers, charging stations, headsets — you'd be living in a cardboard wasteland!

These boxes aren't just large; they're unwieldy and awkward. Where are you supposed to stash them? Under the bed? In the closet? Forget about having an organized space; you'd be surrounded by clutter just to comply with their absurd warranty policy.

This rule is beyond impractical; it's ridiculous. It feels like a penalty for purchasing their items. It's as if they're saying, "Thanks for your money, now enjoy this burdensome commitment to our cumbersome packaging." It's maddening, wasteful, and completely disregards consumer convenience and living space. If box storage was my thing, I'd be in the cardboard industry, not gaming!

I paid for a controller on their website, only to find out it wasn’t in stock. Despite leaving my contact information, no one reached out to me. I spent half an hour trying to connect with customer service who seemed unaware of the missing controller. They transferred me to another manager who didn’t answer the phone. I had to call back and insist they connect me with her. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I was finally told the controller was never available. They offered the most basic replacement. I requested a refund, which will take up to 5 business days. The service was disappointing and unprofessional. If you value your time, consider shopping elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience at this store. The staff spoke flawless English, and the service was quick and professional. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone who reads my review.

Попытался купить консоль, и спросил у сотрудников о наличии определённой функции в товаре. Три сотрудника подтвердили, что она есть. Однако, погуглив, обнаружил, что эта функция недоступна в Грузии. Без неё товар оказался бы бесполезным, а выложил бы я за него сотни долларов. Когда я предъявил претензии, они сказали, что это "недавняя" проблема в Грузии. Но в интернете нашёл посты и петиции от 1 до 10 лет назад, где люди жаловались, что эта функция должна быть доступна в Тбилиси. Очевидно, что проблема не "недавняя". Когда разоблачил их ложь, сотрудник явно перепугался и не мог ничего объяснить. Абсолютное мошенничество. Если вы иностранец, держитесь подальше, пока они не вытянули из вас деньги, как из меня.

The staff were competent, and the keyboards looked great, but they completely ruined my experience by demanding my passport to make a purchase. When I mentioned I didn’t want a warranty, they kept pushing, so I left immediately. I’d prefer to wait up to a month to buy from the USA rather than being forced to show ID in Tbilisi just to buy electronics. It's an invasion of privacy, treating all paying customers like criminals, and it’s absolutely unacceptable.

I placed an order in their online store and was impressed with how quickly it arrived. The delivery person was really nice and courteous. I also appreciated the cool keychain included as a bonus in my package. It was my first time shopping here, and it was a really positive experience.

Отказали в продаже игры, потому что я не имел при себе паспорта. "Таковы наши правила", сказали они. Уборщица не дала посмотреть игры, объяснив это тем, что пол недавно помыли. На сайте указано, что доставка осуществляется в тот же день, но при оформлении заказа выяснилось, что доставка займет три рабочих дня. Всякими способами пытался потратить там деньги, но ничего не получилось.
