Long live Estonia!!!

A calm and pleasant spot for an embassy. Some years back, my friend and I visited to obtain a Schengen visa for a trip to Tallinn. It was a bit disappointing to find out that a visa was necessary to travel to a friendly nation. The same person who opened the door for us also handled the visa stamping on our passports, which was quite amusing 🙂.

Несколько дней безуспешно пыталась дозвониться. Ответа нет. Приём возможен только по предварительной записи. Обидно, что об этом узнаёшь только у входа. Делюсь, чтобы вы не теряли время. Всем удачи!

Most of the staff is unprofessional, aside from the security personnel. They say one thing and do another.

Be aware that there are two separate entrances; one leads to the consulate, and the other to the embassy. The consulate entrance is where you go for document collection, visa applications, etc. These entrances are located on different sides of the building, each on a different street corner.

The entrance is actually on a different street than what's marked. The pin is positioned incorrectly. I saw a few others make the same mistake and wait around. Be careful.

Service needs improvement. I couldn't reach anyone by phone for weeks.

A welcoming and comfortable place with a lovely yard and garden. The atmosphere is really pleasant.

Extremely professional. The entrance is on the left. Call when you arrive due to covid restrictions. Friendly people! Thank you very much.

This place has the best staff and the most compassionate consul I've ever interacted with — Katrin Moon-Farouk. The team is incredibly responsible and supportive. They patiently responded to all my email inquiries and even verified the validity of my documents online. This help significantly reduced my waiting time for visa approval.
