Купил здесь двое часов раньше. Сегодня прилетел в Тбилиси и хотел приобрести часы в подарок. Продавец Софья проявила негатив. Забыла язык и всем своим видом показала своё плохое отношение. Больше не куплю здесь часы. Софье стоит научиться работать с клиентами, которые хотят приобрести часы за 10,000 долларов и больше. Я понимаю, что никто не обязан говорить по-русски в стране, где это не государственный язык. Но это магазин элитных брендов. Софья могла бы поздороваться и извиниться за незнание русского, предложив помощь менеджера. В магазине был другой продавец, который говорил по-русски. Я поздоровался и сказал о своем намерении купить. Вместо того чтобы извиниться, Софья ответила: «Инглиш плиз». Такое отношение в магазине люкса неприемлемо. Я пришёл за покупкой, но ушёл с испорченным настроением на весь день. Софье лучше работать на кассе в супермаркете, где не нужно общаться с клиентами.

Персонал здесь очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый.

Replaced the battery in my Fossil watch for 15 GEL. The service was very polite and efficient.

I took my Cartier panthere watch in for resizing. When I got home, I found the screws were scratched. This was a shock, as the watch is both sentimental and valuable to me. It's clear they shouldn't have accepted the task without the proper tools or experience. The watch was not handled with care. I won’t be recommending this place.

I needed a small fix, and they were incredibly nice, doing it for free with a smile! Wonderful place with wonderful people.

Ordered my Breitlings and got them in just one day, even with the delivery to Batumi. The service is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable, quick, and really nice to deal with.

The staff's behavior was incredibly dismissive and uncaring. There was absolutely no focus on the customer. Offering a polite response with a smile instead of those angry expressions shouldn't be difficult. I hope they fix this soon. My first visit was completely disappointing, and it's unfortunate.

Great service; I needed to get something fixed on my watch, which I had bought abroad. They repaired it for free because it was covered by an international warranty.

I took my watch in and had to wait a while for assistance. All they told me was that they didn’t have the part. They didn’t offer to order it or get it for me. Just a simple "no," which is typical of poor customer service. I checked, and it turns out this part is common in watches. My watch is a well-known, high-end diamond model, so they should have the necessary pin or at least be able to order and install it easily.

My watch stopped working, so I decided to have it checked. The service I received was outstanding: the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

The store was listed as open on their website, but it was actually closed. Completely unreliable.
