Nous avons séjourné 12 nuits ici. Le personnel de la réception est exceptionnel. Un grand merci pour nous avoir permis d’accéder à nos chambres la première nuit après un léger désaccord rapidement résolu le lendemain matin. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par un surclassement. La chambre était belle et spacieuse. Le lit confortable et la salle de bain toujours propre. Le seul bémol est le bruit de la rue causé par les moteurs des voitures et les motos, mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel. Peut-être que les fenêtres pourraient être mieux insonorisées. Après la première nuit, le bruit ne nous a plus dérangés. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est simple, mais des spécialités géorgiennes sont mises en avant. Le centre-ville de la vieille ville de Tbilissi est à 15-20 minutes en taxi. En conclusion, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et remercions toute l’équipe qui a fait de son mieux pour nous comprendre malgré la barrière de la langue et notre anglais médiocre.

We spent two weeks at this hotel, which is quite a lengthy stay. Our room was excellent and fitted with everything we needed. We dined at the restaurant multiple times and really enjoyed it. The prices were fair, and the dishes were fresh, tasty, and healthy, especially the fit menu with smoothies, salmon and rice, quinoa salad, and lentil soup. My husband ordered from the regular menu and enjoyed the burger and fries several times. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff both in the restaurant and at the front desk. The location is a bit away from the main attractions, about an hour’s walk to the old town or a quick 20-minute metro ride. The metro is very convenient from this location. It suited us perfectly because we needed to stay nearby, but I think other travelers might find it a bit distant from the city center. We had a wonderful time here. Thank you to the team, we will be back!

Персонал очень вежливый. Единственный недостаток — это ресторан. За 3 дня заметил, что омлет был из порошка, морковный пирог не всегда разморожен, в кофемашине нет молока, а столы после других гостей нужно было просить протереть. Еда довольно простая, выбор блюд небольшой и среднего качества. Отель на оживленной улице, но окна хорошо изолируют шум.

Great hotel for the cost. The rooms are modern and exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and quickly handles requests. While it's slightly removed from major tourist attractions, public transport or Bolt rides are very affordable, providing significant savings compared to more central options. A tiny suggestion would be to include bedside USB sockets in the well-equipped rooms.

Spent a week at this hotel and it was flawless. The staff were excellent, particularly the front desk team. The rooms were contemporary, large, and filled with natural light, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. I loved the big windows and having a coffee maker in the room. The daily cleaning was thorough and always happened when I was out. The location is superb, just 150 meters from the metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Закат над Тбилиси, который можно было наблюдать из окна, добавил волшебства в мой отдых. Большое спасибо за замечательный опыт. Рекомендую это место всем, кто собирается посетить город — оно стоило каждого потраченного рубля!

Чистота в номере была на высоте — никаких отталкивающих видов не было. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные, санузел, раковина и душ выглядели очень чистыми. Обивку кресла, пожалуй, можно обновить. В комнатах была противопожарная система, два запасных выхода и указатели с зелеными табличками, а при срабатывании системы безопасности, кнопка вызывала 112 — её я видел в ресторане. Надеюсь, что системы безопасности проверяются регулярно 🙏. Завтрак был для меня достаточным. Было бы замечательно, если бы двери в комнаты закрывались бесшумно. Помимо этого, не было шума или беспокойства от других гостей. Благодарю 🙏.
