Люкс просторный и удобный, с одной стороны открывается вид на серные бани, а с другой — на реку и церковь. Есть уютный балкон и большая ванная комната. Обслуживание здесь просто невероятное — столь внимательного подхода я не встречала нигде в мире. Персонал всегда интересуется, как у вас дела, и готов помочь в любых вопросах. Они без проблем принесут вазы, примут курьера, проводят визажиста и предложат любую необходимую помощь. Огромная благодарность отелю, и я однозначно рекомендую его всем, кто планирует поездку в Тбилиси. ❤️

A special mention goes to the wonderful Mr. Aram at reception. He is such a kind and attentive person, and by the end of my stay, he felt like a friend. Thank you! The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and the location is just perfect! However, there's a trade-off with the location – a lot of noise, at least in my room. Not only from the street, but also from the corridor and other rooms. Earplugs were a must for sleeping. It can be a bit stuffy inside, and the shower temperature fluctuates between extremely hot and cold, which is a bit annoying, but nothing too serious. Breakfast is quite repetitive but still tasty and offers decent options. Plus, the lady there was very friendly and helpful when I wanted to prepare some food for the stray animals.

Fantastic location! The staff goes above and beyond to help and ensure a pleasant stay. However, it's a bit noisy in the rooms on the first floor at the back due to street noise. The second floor is much better. Breakfast is good. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommend it.

Our stay was wonderful! We booked three double rooms, and they were spacious enough, with beautiful interiors and clean bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering great assistance from check-in to check-out and answering any questions about local SIM cards, tours, and more. The breakfast was quite nice too. The location is perfect, right in the heart of old Tbilisi, with Meidan, the sulfur baths, and Narikala Fortress just steps away, plus easy access to buses and the metro. I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Tbilisi and highly recommend it!

The staff here is the best in the city, truly attentive and wonderful with guests. They provide free maps and very kindly explain everything, with Mr. Aram being especially noteworthy. He has a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. He even prepared surprises for my mom's birthday while we were staying. It's a great place to stay.

This hotel has a lot going for it, though there are a few minor issues. The elevator situation is a bit inconvenient, as the lobby is on the first floor, and you have to climb a long set of stairs from the street. Thankfully, the staff is very accommodating and willing to open the ground floor entrance, which is usually closed during the day. You just need to call the front desk and wait for someone to unlock the door. Our room was on the smaller side, but it had a large and comfortable bed. The breakfast is a typical buffet with a good variety, though it doesn't include the option for freshly made eggs. The location is excellent, situated at the end of the old town and close to restaurants, the cable car station, and a major bus hub.

Расположение удобное. Хотя до площади Свободы не очень близко, но рядом есть старый рынок и канатная дорога. Также рядом есть общественный транспорт. Размер комнаты был хорошим, у нас не возникло проблем с комфортом. Потребовался фен, но ночью на ресепшене его не оказалось. Это был минус, что в комнате его не было. Завтрак скромный, но если хочется перекусить перед началом дня, что-то можно найти. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Постельное белье и полотенца были очень изношенными — видны дырки и порванные места. Хоть это и не сказывалось на чистоте, использование их было не очень приятно. Из слива в ванной постоянно распространялся неприятный запах, что было самым большим недостатком. В общем, учитывая цену, это было неплохое проживание.

Ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο σύμφωνα με τα δυτικά πρότυπα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ καθαρά και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό, όλοι ευγενικοί και χαμογελαστοί με καλή γνώση αγγλικών, κάτι που δεν θεωρείται αυτονόητο εκεί. Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο καλύτερο, αλλά ήταν εντάξει. Θα έμενα ξανά εκεί με χαρά.

The hotel had a terrible smell, similar to sewage, especially noticeable in the elevator where we had to hold our breath. The location is absolutely fantastic, and the service is quite decent. However, there is no view, despite us paying extra for a room advertised with one. All we could see was the unappealing building across the alley.

Sophia and the team went out of their way to find me a quieter room after two nights without sleep. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, right in the old city and close to the sulphur baths. Breakfast and service are good. Sophia and her assistant did a great job of planning and booking most of my week. Everyone was very accommodating. I received a warm welcome with a glass of red wine and enjoyed an interesting free wine tasting on my first night. It was a memorable stay. Thank you.

I was relieved to stay only 2 nights here. The AC didn't work, and the solution offered was to open the window. The noise kept me up until 3 AM. I couldn't sleep at all before my early morning flight. The bathroom had a moldy smell. You'd get better sleep in a 3-star hotel. Really disappointed.

Звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего. Однако есть и плюсы: отличное расположение. Рядом можно найти сувениры, вино, чурчхелу и вкусную еду. А еще поблизости расположены Серные бани, где можно хорошо расслабиться.

I genuinely look forward to returning to this hotel repeatedly. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Очень живописное место. Есть ресторан и возможность дегустации вин в отеле. Ужинали прямо в дегустационном зале, меню принесли из ресторана. Кебаб замечательный. Блюда вкусные и хорошо приготовлены. Меню представлено на русском языке и с иллюстрациями. Цены на уровне средних. Официанты очень хорошие — вежливые и общительные. Рассказали больше, чем мы просили. Выбор вин здесь отличный.

Charming experience. Breakfast is delightful, especially because there is an outdoor section of the restaurant open for it. The rooms are compact, which is common for hotels in the old city. The interior design is impressive, and the bathroom design is particularly well-considered.

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is welcoming. The terrace restaurant is a lovely spot. However, the “breakfast boxes” were a disappointment. They were stale and had too much plastic. Considering how delicious Georgian food is, we expected something better. It would be nice if breakfast started earlier, around 6 or 6:30 am, instead of 8 am.

Посетили ресторан на крыше. Вечерний вид на Тбилиси — лучший момент вечера. Но это единственное хорошее впечатление. Заказ перепутали, и ожидание затянулось на час, хотя зала почти пустой. Сюда не стоит идти... настроение испортится. Сотрудники ресторана ужасны, не рекомендую.
