Kahvaltı dahil denmişti ama kahvaltı yoktu. Resepsiyondaki adam İngilizce bilmiyordu; iletişim zordu. Ancak, resepsiyondaki kadın sempatikti ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Я считаю, что расположение отеля отличное. Рядом есть магазин, где можно сделать покупки, и буквально в двух шагах находится пекарня, которая открывается рано утром. Это было очень удобно, поскольку все необходимые заведения находятся рядом. А ещё он близко к основным достопримечательностям. В номере есть всё необходимое: мини-холодильник, вешалка для одежды, телевизор и кондиционер. В дождливый день батареи включены на полную мощность, и мы совсем не замёрзли. На верхнем этаже для гостей предусмотрена общая зона с кофемашиной и разными сортами кофе. Очень вежливая женщина на ресепшене была готова помочь во всех вопросах и даже готова была дать свой зонтик в дождь. Жалко, что я не говорю по-английски — общение с ней было бы замечательным.

I stayed at a hotel in the old center of Tbilisi, which is very central, making it easy to explore the city. The bathroom was a bit tight, and the Italian shower tended to splash water around, which was a little inconvenient. However, the bed was cozy, and the TV was placed perfectly for watching. The staff at reception were mostly friendly, although the person who checked me in at 5 AM was silent, which I understand given the early hour. Overall, a decent stay with both advantages and minor drawbacks.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience, really felt like a home away from home. Irma, the receptionist, truly made a difference from the start. She was welcoming, always ready to help, and went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Her kindness was much appreciated! The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. Surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, it’s incredibly convenient. Even though it’s very central, the hotel is cozy and peaceful. Our room was ideal for two people—spacious, comfortable, and with a lovely view of a small part of the city. It was also very affordable, which was a nice surprise. I’ve found my favorite place in the city and know exactly where I’ll stay on my next visit. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

The staff at the front desk are extremely accommodating and welcoming. The location couldn't be better, and the view from the balcony is fantastic.

Os melhores aspectos do hotel são a localização e a equipe, que é muito atenciosa e agradável. A cama me pareceu confortável. O custo-benefício é excelente. Não gostei que a água do chuveiro não escoava bem, mas acredito que isso logo será consertado.

Отель приятный, с отличным месторасположением и приветливой девушкой на ресепшене. Номер оказался чистым, с новой сантехникой. Единственное - санузел немного тесноват, и в номере было шумно, потому что окна выходят на дорогу. Если у вас есть беруши или вы крепко спите, то можно рекомендовать.

Everything was wonderful, especially the reception staff who were incredibly kind. The room was spotless and came with a balcony. It was conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to reach all destinations. The area felt extremely safe. I've never experienced such a place before and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A pleasant and tidy place.

Это один из худших отелей в Тбилиси. Очень грязно, никакой чистоты, с потолка капает вода. Непочтительное отношение к людям, обслуживание просто ужасное. Администратор настроен расистски по отношению к арабам. Не рекомендую ехать туда, только потратите деньги зря.

The worst experience in Georgia! The room and the bathroom were extremely dirty. Only the location was convenient. It seemed like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the same went for the bathroom. Even after requesting cleaning service, it remained filthy. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling.
