Staying here was a big letdown. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, and the service fell short of what one would expect. There was a clear lack of hospitality towards Arab guests, which made me feel uneasy. The hotel also placed water and chocolate in the fridge without indicating prices or informing that they would come with additional charges. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others.

Велели отменять бронирование самостоятельно, так как они не могут нас принять с ребенком и пожилой мамой. Пришлось срочно искать другой вариант, что стоило намного дороже. Деньги все еще не вернули. Не советую связываться.

The hotel is situated on a fairly quiet street, safe just like everywhere in Tbilisi. It’s conveniently close to the metro, cafes, restaurants, exchange offices, and supermarkets around Marjanishvili Square. The hotel is small but charming, with each room having a unique design, adding to its appeal. The restaurant on the top floor has friendly and polite staff, which I really appreciated. Although the restaurant is small, it offers a nice view of Tbilisi. The breakfast selection is limited but decent (7.5/10). Our room had a quaint and lovely balcony. During our visit, there were guests from India and an Arabic-speaking country.

The room was decent. The breakfast didn't meet expectations. They turn off the AC in the rooms at night, which was inconvenient. When I brought this up with the staff, they responded rudely and suggested we leave if dissatisfied, which was out of line.

Приезжали в Тбилиси на свадьбу, поэтому тщательно выбирали отель. Несколько раз меняли бронь, проверяли все, и в итоге остановились на этом месте. Не ошиблись в выборе! Подобрали номер так, чтобы удобно провести время во время свадебной церемонии и «медового месяца». Узнав о нашей свадьбе, менеджер любезно предложила переехать в номер люкс — это стало приятным сюрпризом. Большое спасибо Лике! Команда отеля подобрана отлично. Отношение и сервис на высочайшем уровне. После пребывания остались только позитивные впечатления. Очень благодарны за помощь в создании незабываемой атмосферы праздника!

A nice hotel in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. The Roman Catholic Church is within walking distance. It's a quiet and peaceful area. The rooms are quite spacious, and the breakfast service is very good. They offer a variety in their meals, unlike other hotels where food is often repeated. There are staff members at the breakfast counters who can prepare dishes within their offerings for you. I would recommend staying here. However, I would give it a 4-star rating because of the heating in the room. During extreme cold, it doesn't feel warm enough.

This hotel is fantastic! I stayed with my 4-month-old son and some friends, and I was amazed at how accommodating it was for kids. My room was enormous, with a separate sleeping area and a big living room where I could comfortably feed my baby at night. The size of the room for the price was a pleasant surprise! The staff were excellent, helping me find a hammam where I could take my baby. They were always patient and friendly. The hotel contacted me via WhatsApp during my stay, allowing seamless communication in perfect English for anything I needed. Can’t wait to return!

The only positive aspect was the location. Everything else was a disaster from check-in to check-out. There were no amenities. The staff was rude and disrespectful, showing no concern for guests' discomfort. It felt like staying at a 1-star place.

Останавливались на пару дней. При выезде потребовали штраф 130 лари за испорченное полотенце. Пролила вино, использовала полотенце, чтобы убрать. На ресепшене заявили, что не смогли отстирать, и мне нужно заплатить. Объясняла, что полотенце — расходник, но менеджер настаивала, что не могут отстирать пятна от крови и вина. Если ваш ребёнок что-то испачкает или вы случайно, будьте готовы оплатить стоимость испорченных предметов. Менеджер повела себя некорректно, испортила впечатление не только об отеле, но и о стране. Сначала хотели 130 лари, потом снизили до 100, деньги взяли и ушли. Когда попросила чек, дали его с недовольством. Создаётся впечатление, что менеджер зарабатывает на постояльцах, предпочтя 100 лари репутации. Не рекомендую, лучше выбрать другой вариант за такие деньги. Также пропали наушники AirPods, которые не выносила из отеля. По геолокации они до сих пор здесь.

Очень понравилось пребывание в отеле. Интерьер радовал глаз, а кровать с матрасом были отличные. Подушки тоже хорошие, спалось замечательно, особенно с открытым балконом и под тёплым одеялом. Дизайн ванной комнаты впечатлил. Единственное, что вода в номере платная — маленькая бутылка Бакуриани стоит 3 лари, обычно вода бывает бесплатной. Завтрак просто шикарный, включал горячие блюда, разнообразные сыры и выпечку.

We spent a week here with my family. The place is stunning and the staff are amazing. Our room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast hit the spot. We had a blast.

I handed over a shirt for ironing and clearly indicated on four pieces of paper and the bag itself that it was for ironing only. After 25 hours, the shirt still hadn't been returned. When I asked about it the next morning, they said it wasn't ironed yet. I just wanted my shirt back so I could check out. The real issue arose at checkout when they tried to charge me 17 GEL for washing the shirt! I never asked for washing, only ironing. Yet they showed me paperwork with a note about washing, written in a different pen, color, and font. To make matters worse, they claimed I had called to request washing the day before, while I was out the entire day from 11:00 am to 10:30 pm. In the end, it’s not about the money, I could easily pay more if needed, but they deceived me and made me seem dishonest. They didn't admit their mistake, and I definitely wouldn't have caused a fuss if they had. This experience was seriously flawed, and it will be both my first and last stay with them.

Absolutely unprofessional service overall.

Забронировали светлый номер с балконом, но нас сначала пытались заселить в помещение без окон на улицу. После нашей настойчивой просьбы, нам дали номер, который изначально бронировали. Комната большая, с высокими потолками. Шумоизоляция хорошая, за счет балконной двери шума с улицы почти не слышно, но сама дверь довольно слабая. Убирают нормально. Кровать и постельные принадлежности удобные. Завтраки вкусные.

На этом, пожалуй, плюсы заканчиваются. Фото отеля выглядят как из далекого прошлого. Обстановка в номерах сильно изношена, мебель требует обновления, ковролин со следами от пятен. Вентиляция в ванной не справляется, часто пахнет канализацией. Уровень сервиса тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Нет ни халатов, ни зубных щёток, полотенца старые и изношенные. Постельное бельё местами с пятнами и дырками. Туалетную бумагу приходится запрашивать. Впечатление, что вложили много, но не поддерживают должный уровень. Надеюсь, владельцы обратят внимание на это.

It's a solid 4-star experience. The room was quite spacious. Breakfast was always tasty, and the staff, both in service and in the kitchen, were professional and kind. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it. Plus, the prices are reasonable.

The restaurant doesn't pay its staff.

This is by far the worst hotel we've experienced in over a decade of traveling. The customer service is atrocious, with staff being extremely rude and indifferent to their guests. We arrived at 5:30 am because of our flight, and though we understood the hotel was fully booked at the time, it was incredibly frustrating to watch four couples check out while they still denied us an early check-in. We ended up waiting almost 9 hours to get into our room. The lack of concern for guest comfort and circumstances was shocking. We've never encountered anything like this before.

Отель изнутри красивый, номера выглядят новыми. Обслуживание отличное, завтрак свежий и вкусный, на утра есть всё необходимое. Меню ресторана в отеле тоже приятно удивило — всё, что пробовали, оказалось свежим и вкусным. Однако понравились не все моменты: в отеле есть два типа номеров — голубые и красные. Нам достался красный, и там раковина была вне ванной комнаты, это оказалось неудобным. Хотя я бронировала другой номер, но всё же это мелочь. Зато расположение отличное — около трёх минут ходьбы до метро и в шаговой доступности множество ресторанов и магазинов. Район в целом очень неплохой.

The hotel was generally well-maintained, and the room was spacious. However, the lack of windows to the outside meant fresh air was limited. While using the steam room, my wife suffered a burn because hot steam was emitted directly onto her lower leg. There was no warning sign, and the steam made it hard to see the source. When we reported this and the mold in our shower to the staff, they dismissed our concerns without even an apology. On a positive note, breakfast was high-quality and offered a good variety.

The hotel has a stunning design. Everything is wonderful, except for the service. I've never seen concierge staff at a hotel ignore or fail to greet guests as they pass by. One gentleman did say hello, but the two women seemed uninterested. Additionally, our request for room service was overlooked. The staff could use some training, especially considering that the place is pricey compared to other options in Tbilisi.

Про отель: столовая маленькая, в ней мало блюд на завтрак и они почти не меняются. Это устроит только непритязательных гостей. В нашем номере дверь была неисправная, и ощущался сильный запах канализации. Комната большая и красивая, но в ванной комнате туалет и душевая разделены, а умывальник стоит в проходе. Полотенца приходится носить через весь номер, так как вешалки далеко от душевой. Терраса без крыши, так что на ней ни от жары, ни от холода не спастись, а плетёные стулья летом нагреваются, зимой холодные. В дождь террасой не воспользуешься. В номере нет шкафа, только несколько полок и открытая вешалка. Убирали каждый день, но туалетную бумагу пополняли только после просьб, и запасного рулона не было. Лампочка не работала, и, несмотря на ежедневные напоминания, была неисправна 4 дня. Общий опыт оставил желать лучшего, так как недостатков было больше, чем преимуществ.

Несмотря на заявленный статус исторической собственности и четыре звезды, отель не заслуживает даже трех. В Тбилиси есть гораздо лучшие варианты, лучше избегать этого места. Перечисляю все минусы и один плюс: 1. Ужасные номера с рваными простынями и грязными ванными комнатами. 2. В ванных нет зубной щетки или каких-либо средств личной гигиены. 3. Персонал холодный и не поможет ни в чем, все нужно делать самостоятельно. Единственный ответ, который слышишь: "Я не знаю". 4. Бутылка воды 500 мл стоит 6 лари, что в 10 раз дороже ее рыночной стоимости, так что воду здесь лучше не покупать. 5. Номера очень маленькие. Даже в номерах с террасой нет места для двоих человек, чтобы свободно пройти. 6. Терраса не является частной, по ней можно пройти и заглянуть в окна всех комнат на этаже. Это очень небезопасно, и нам пришлось постоянно держать шторы закрытыми. Плюс: местоположение хорошее, до главной улицы и ресторанов рукой подать.

Fantastic place! Highly recommend it. The staff is very accommodating. We requested fans during our stay because the central AC was turned off since it was still winter. They provided them promptly! Huge thanks to the night staff; they saved my daughter from being upset due to the room being a bit warm. 😆 We look forward to visiting again. Thanks!

The best hotel in the city center. We saw a lot of hotels and we choice this place. We stayed for week. I am happy that we chose this one. Everything was great. Stuff is very helpful, like in a family. Good service, they cleaned our rooms every day. Design is modern. I will recommend to my friends this hotel and I recommend to everybody who plan in future to visit Tbilisi.

Its convenient location in the city makes it easy to visit nearby attractions and landmarks. One significant advantage is the availability of a shataf. However, I found the pillow a bit too firm for my preference, and some outside noise was audible in the room.

Отель выглядит стильно, но напоминает магазин с AliExpress. Находится в арабском районе, что можно считать плюсом благодаря близости метро, обмена валют и супермаркетов. Уборка номеров хорошая, но постоянно нужно напоминать о мыле, геле и зубной щетке. Если поселитесь на третьем этаже, берите с собой беруши — там слишком шумно. Особенно неприятно поразили управляющие, чья дочка или внучка носилась до полуночи, и её никто не утихомиривал, из-за чего отдыха не было. Персонал на ресепшене недоброжелателен и дезорганизован, нужная информация не передается между ними. Больше сюда не приедем.

The rooms are nice, but some are cold and cramped. The biggest issue is the power sockets. In Gulf countries, we use 3-pin chargers, but here it's 2-pin. We asked for an adapter, but they only have one. It's best to bring your own 2-pin adapter to charge your devices.

The location is very convenient, nestled in a quiet part of the Tbilisi center. The rooms are spacious and cozy. There's a small yet excellent fitness area with a steam bath. The breakfast is simple but delicious and satisfying.

Друзья приехали в гости из Дубая с тремя детьми. Пребывание с 18 по 23 число оказалось неудачным. Номера без обещанной межкомнатной связи. В номерах воды для питья не было. Ночью обратились в службу, чтобы попросить воду, но им сказали купить её на улице в 11 вечера. Это явно не уровень четырёх звёзд.

Отель с потрясающим дизайном в самом центре Тбилиси. Номера просторные и стильно оформлены. В старом крыле здания высокие потолки и современный дизайн, а в новой части всё минималистично. Организация пространства отличная и продуманная, хотя в здании только один лифт. К сожалению, мы попали на его ремонт, пришлось подниматься на третий этаж пешком, часть сумок мы несли сами, а чемоданы поднял персонал. Завтрак вкусный, разнообразный и сытный. В номерах отличная температура. Понравилось, что в двухместном номере в прихожей есть отдельный служебный блок с раковиной и два других помещения — одно с туалетом и другое с душем. Это удобно, когда делишь номер: можно одновременно заниматься своими делами в разных частях ванной комнаты, сохраняя приватность.

Wir besuchen dieses Hotel immer wieder gern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, und das Bad ist modern.

Stayed at this hotel from April 9 to April 21 and decided to return from April 23 to May 2. The manager suggested I pay directly for a discount instead of booking online. After checking in, I discovered online prices were half of what I paid. Asked for a refund, but over two days, two staff members promised to resolve it with no result. On the third day, another employee informed me they wouldn't return the difference. While the hotel itself is good, the price scam completely ruined my experience.

Terrible stay with cramped rooms, some lacking any ventilation.

I stayed in room 204, but had to leave immediately and couldn’t spend the night because there was no ventilation. This place is not up to 4-star standards. It feels more like well-decorated hostel rooms. There was no one to assist with luggage, and room service was nonexistent. When I asked to heat baby food, they simply said it was not possible.

What really stood out to me was the hotel's design. It's been beautifully renovated and is well-maintained. The reception staff were friendly and responsive to our needs, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The room felt completely new, with high-quality amenities and furnishings. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a great variety and even changing slightly every day, which kept things interesting. Housekeeping did a great job too. The location is convenient, close to the city's main attractions, yet it's on a quiet street, making sitting on the balcony a delight. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it. We did have a minor hiccup with the initial room layout, which wasn't ideal for us due to our child's needs, but the staff handled it excellently, providing a more suitable room within minutes. Their customer care is commendable.
