This was my second stay and certainly not the last. The place is clean and quiet, with convenient access to all areas since it's well-located near Liberty Square, just behind the Marriott Courtyard. The hosts are incredibly supportive and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. Even during my first visit when I was traveling alone, I felt secure and comfortable. Highly recommend it! However, keep in mind there might be some small minor details that could be improved, but overall a great experience.

Be cautious, this place might be a scam! If it’s not, it's definitely unreliable and unfriendly. We booked a room for two through Booking.com and got a confirmation. When we arrived in the evening, it was hard to find, and the place looked sketchy. We had to ring the doorbell multiple times before someone answered. The man who finally responded was incredibly rude, shouting at us about who we were and what we wanted. Although we repeated that we had booked a room, he kept saying “impossible.” He refused to let us in, insisting in a very unfriendly manner that he couldn’t offer us a room. He suggested we cancel on Booking, which would’ve made us pay a fee. We asked him to do it since he was breaching the booking terms, but he refused. Now we’re stuck with Booking.com questioning our arrival. Standing in a shady parking lot in the dark with our luggage after a long day of travel was bad enough, but the unfriendly shouting was just horrible. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Отличное расположение квартиры в центре города. Все было чисто и аккуратно, а также были предоставлены все необходимые удобства. Хозяева были очень приятными и гостеприимными. Кровати были удобными и мягкими. Мы останавливались здесь на две ночи и остались очень довольны.

Czysto i niedrogo. Doskonała lokalizacja w samym sercu Tbilisi, ale mimo to było bardzo spokojnie i cicho. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Właściciel był bardzo miły i przyjazny.

The location is decent, but the building itself is very bad. Prices are too high for what is offered. It's mainly bachelor apartments, which makes it noisy and filled with smoke.

Just like in the photos! The location is fantastic, near the main street, yet pleasantly quiet. The hosts were incredible, accommodating us even with a late-night booking. The place is clean, relaxing, and has everything needed for a comfy stay. Highly recommend, 10/10!

Рядом много достопримечательностей, для туриста это важно. Бесплатная парковка - отличная возможность приехать на машине. Уютно, красиво, тихо, чисто и спокойно. Свой санузел со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Есть бесплатный интернет. Персонал разговаривает на русском и на английском языках.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided us with plenty of helpful information about the places we wanted to explore in Georgia. It's a great spot to stay right in the heart of Tbilisi.

A wonderful place to stay with a fantastic central location; you can pretty much walk to any place you want to visit. Tucked away on a quiet side street, it's peaceful and relaxing. The owners are welcoming and very supportive, providing great travel advice. There's also a spacious kitchen for cooking meals and a washing machine available at no extra cost.

Spotless place with a friendly atmosphere!
