რატომ არავინ გვპასუხობს?

Georgia talks a big game about joining the EU and adopting its standards, but it's all falling apart. I've had issues with the Georgian Water and Power company for the last two years and wanted to lodge a complaint through the supposed consumer rights protector. I couldn't even get through the door. The person I spoke to on the phone directed me back to GWP at first. When I insisted, she asked me to submit a written complaint in Georgian and refused to see me in person or take the complaint in English, even though she was clearly fluent in English. So much for adopting EU guidelines and protecting consumer rights. I'm going to push this further because it all looks great on the surface, but the reality is far from it.

I would love to give this place 5, 6, or even 7 stars... :( This is supposed to be a consumer protection agency. I've had a few cases here, and sadly, I can't really say they do anything at all... :( Their salaries are shockingly high, even by international standards. Considering they seem to do almost nothing, it's quite a sad situation. :(

Здесь всё организовано на высшем уровне. Специалисты вежливые и компетентные. Очень оперативно решают вопросы. Fe становишься уверенным в том, что тебе помогут. Атмосфера дружелюбная, создаёт ощущение, будто тебя давно здесь ждали.
