I was really let down by the service at this so-called “premium” store. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was being watched like an exhibit. The sales staff whispered among themselves and looked at me with judgment, which was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. What bothered me the most was that I got no help when I was trying to pick out churchela. For a place that calls itself premium, having young, inexperienced staff who lack basic manners and respect for customers is just not acceptable. On the upside, I have to admit the churchela itself was delicious and fresh, proving that the manufacturer knows what they’re doing. However, the poor service overshadowed the quality of the product.

Чурчхела, которую мы здесь попробовали, лучше всех, что встречались в Грузии. С туром объехали много городов и рынков, но везде были разочарования: орехи порой горькие, внутри плесень, или же оболочка невкусная. Почти отчаялись! И неожиданно рядом с гостиницей нашли это чудесное местечко. Просто восхитительная чурчхела! Всё идеально на вкус! Особенно радует, что каждое изделие аккуратно упаковывают в отдельный бумажный пакетик — это приятно и эстетично.

The staff’s attitude? A masterclass in rudeness. When I asked for a product list to avoid snapping photos and translating each item, I received an eye roll. Trying to pay with coins, which are perfectly legal, resulted in a dismissive “we don’t accept these” until I stood my ground. If you enjoy feeling like an inconvenience for merely existing, this is your place. Otherwise, save yourself the hassle. 🤮🤮🤮

Visited with some guests, and I must say, the treats were incredibly tasty. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always smiling and eager to assist.

The selection for souvenir gifts is quite good, but the service leaves much to be desired. Staff prioritized people who arrived after us.

Extremely rude service! We tried to pay with cash, and the staff flatly refused. During our second visit, every question we asked was met with a no. They even denied us an extra paper bag after we made a purchase. I've never had such a terrible experience.

This place is ironically named, as there’s absolutely nothing “bad” about it. Seriously though, everything they offer is fantastic. I shop here because nothing they sell has added sugar.

If you're searching for Georgian souvenirs in Tbilisi, this is the place to go. They offer the finest churchkela, and this location is their largest store. The minimalistic design is appealing as it highlights the product itself. You can choose between individual churchkela hanging on display or pre-packaged ones that are perfect for gifts. There are also wines available. Additionally, they have mini churchkela, which I haven't seen anywhere else.

During business hours, the shop was unexpectedly closed. The lights were on, but the door was locked without any sign explaining the closure or the return time of the owner. Around ten people were also waiting, some leaving after losing hope, others wandering around and checking back. We waited for about 20 minutes.

When the shop assistant finally returned, she appeared extremely unfriendly, almost angry. There were no apologies, no welcome, not even a hint of a smile. Her responses to questions were curt and reluctant. We were served in a manner that made it seem like she would prefer us not to be there at all. It was a uniquely humiliating experience.

The product is good, but the staff is neither welcoming nor smiling.

Что с персоналом? Приводил гостей из другой страны, а в итоге стало стыдно. Что с вами происходит? Трижды был в этом месте, и каждый раз ставало невыносимо. Где всё-таки "здравствуйте" и элементарная вежливость? Все три консультанта были хуже друг друга. Понимаю, что зарплата небольшая, но почему такая агрессия в адрес клиентов? Чем мы провинились? Больше сюда не приду, даже если у вас будут золотые чурчхелы. Невежливые люди.

The sweets are good quality, but that's about it. When we entered, there was one customer and three staff members. No greeting, we stood there for a minute with no one offering assistance. When we asked questions, the responses were vague. Eventually, a woman served us, but without a smile. You know, there's another shop with a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can find excellent churchkhelas for similar prices. This place is definitely overrated.

Чурчхела здесь неплохая, оцениваю на 4– по личной шкале, лучше в Тбилиси не нашел. С грецким орехом значительно вкуснее, чем с фундуком. Ездил за ней в Мцхету к Зазе.

I was told about this place, but the person working there was shockingly rude, as if I was there to take churchkhela from their home for free. The churchkhela looked appealing and fresh, so I bought a whole bag. It was a mistake. The churchkhela turned out to be very tough and not juicy at all. Now I’m left wondering what to do with it.

На вид она очень свежая, но пробовать ещё не успели. Впечатление испортило отношение продавцов. Девушка за прилавком жевала жвачку и не проявляла никакой инициативы, отвечая на вопросы неохотно. Было понятно, что продавцы не заинтересованы в продаже. Никто из них не улыбался. Возможно, это потому, что я русскоязычная, но общались мы на английском. Мой спутник из Европы был удивлён таким уровнем сервиса.

Extremely impolite staff with unfriendly expressions. I asked for wrapping paper for the tea I purchased, but despite having it at the counter, they refused to provide any. This place is just a tourist trap. Avoid it and buy Churchella at the market instead; it's much fresher, tastier, and cheaper there.
