A wonderful evening with exceptional service. The atmosphere was calming, and the food was truly delicious.

We waited an hour, only to be served practically inedible food. Every part of the meal was a disaster. Appetizers arrived after the main course, the pasta was sweet and rock hard, and the steak was so undercooked that it seemed like a veterinarian could’ve brought it back to life. The fries were a soggy, unsalted mess. Honestly, this might be the worst food experience one could ever endure.

The food was delightful. We enjoyed some of the finest traditional Georgian dishes we had in Tbilisi. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was laid-back. It might be a bit pricier than nearby places, but the quality was well worth it. Highly recommended.

This place is a true gem! Our server, Saba, was outstanding, and we left with a promise to come back. His English is flawless, which made me, an American, feel completely comfortable. My friend, a native Georgian, enjoyed chatting with him in Georgian. Saba suggested a dessert that we chose, and I can’t stop thinking about it. If you visit — and you definitely should — be sure to ask for Saba. Let him help you pick your meal. Mention that the tall Texan in the cowboy hat sent you...

The quality is outstanding! The sea bass with adjika sauce is a must-try; it’s a truly emotional experience. Although the service is a bit slow, the waiters are incredibly polite and friendly. The decor is tasteful, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've tried. The hotel, restaurant, and terrace are essential stops and feel like a home away from home when visiting Tbilisi.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this restaurant. Everything, from the food to the atmosphere, seemed carefully designed. Big thanks to Saba, whose passion and enthusiasm added a fantastic element to my visit. His energy is infectious, and his suggestions about other great places in the same group, like the wine shop or the store in the Stamba Hotel, were spot on. The highlight of this restaurant is definitely its interior—a truly charming spot. The meticulous attention to detail, the presence of real candles, and the overall aesthetic guarantee a pleasurable experience. As for the food, the burrata salad was outstanding, though the risotto and pasta were average. The taste and portion sizes didn’t quite match the cost. Service left mixed impressions; while the staff was friendly, their timing was off. Our table of three received two salads and one main course simultaneously, leading to an awkward wait for the other two mains while one person finished eating. In summary, it's a beautiful place worth visiting, but the overall dining experience has room for improvement.

The burger tasted good, with a nice bun and patty, and they even asked about our preferred doneness. But they didn't provide gloves for the burger, which made it difficult to eat without making a mess, so I ended up using a fork and knife. The mushroom risotto was ordinary — not bad, but also not remarkable. The truffle seemed pointless, as it was completely tasteless and lacked any aroma. We finished our meals since we were really hungry, but it's unlikely we'll return for dinner. Maybe we'll try coming back for cocktails in the evening, if it works better as a bar.

Этот ресторан завораживает своей атмосферой, ведь находится в старинном здании бывшего издательства. Внутренний интерьер ловко сочетает детали истории с современным стилем, что делает место по-настоящему уютным и стильным. Высокие потолки, большие окна и уникальные элементы дизайна напоминают о былых временах, придавая окружающей среде свою неповторимость. В меню представлено множество разнообразных и продуманных блюд, каждое из которых отличается свежестью и оригинальной подачей. Обслуживание тоже на высоте: сотрудники приветливы и внимательны. The restaurant promoted their risotto as a speciality, so I decided to try it. However, it was nothing extraordinary and the portion was quite small. To feel full, I would have needed to order two risottos. On the brighter side, the service was pleasant and they offered free water.

Очень уютное место, интерьер и атмосфера понравились. Сервис на уровне. Но еда совсем не стоит своих денег. Сегодня потратил 170 лари и ушёл голодным. Заказали рыбу с черным рисом, рыба была пресной и безвкусной. Рис оказался сухим и тоже безвкусным, как будто его подали курам. Домашняя паста была сырой и очень твёрдой. Салата с бурратой и томатом оказалось мало — всего четверть шара бурраты и четверть томата. Вино разочаровало — из белого только два варианта: одно газированное, другое странное мутноватое, а второе вообще не белое, а янтарное. В общем, вина для ценителей тут нет. Шесть лет назад был разочарован, в этот раз тоже, к сожалению.

We spent two hours at the table, waiting for any sign of attention from our waiter. It wasn't clear if they were just being too courteous by not interrupting, or if the service was simply lacking. When we finally ordered a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino 2017, it was brought to us nearly frozen along with a chilling bucket. We had to send it back to have it warmed up and properly decanted.

The food offers a satisfying blend of flavors, the interior design is appealing, and the service is commendable.

The burger is awful, the bun has no flavor, and the meat is charred. The truffle fries are inedible, they are way overcooked.

Breakfast finishes at 11, and then they close for an hour before lunch. They say they'll open at 12, but lunch might finish by 12:30, so they might be closed again. Just stay closed if you're not open.

The food was decent, and most of the staff seemed friendly. However, our waiter was so gloomy and irritable that it ruined our experience. I just wanted to eat quickly, pay, and leave as soon as possible. Maybe it was just a bad day for him, but if he acts like this all the time, he might be in the wrong job.

- Официант подошел быстро, внимания вполне хватило.
- При заказе был очень вежлив и услужлив.
- Заказал ризотто и сашими лосося, капучино с корицей и коктейль.

3. Опрятность:
- Все сотрудники в униформе.

4. Обратная связь:
- К сожалению, никто не спросил наше мнение о напитках и еде.

5. Оформление:
- Каждому столу соответствует стильный и популярный в Грузии дизайн. Начинки сервируют на подносах. Столы чистят специальными средствами.

6. Персонал:
- Позитивные и отзывчивые, вовремя меняли тарелки и наполняли стаканы водой.

7. Подача заказа:
- Капучино принесли вовремя и горячим.
- Ризотто было готово за 15 минут, очень вкусное.
- Сашими подали сразу после ризотто, вкусно приготовлено и приправлено.
- Коктейль великолепный, сладкий, как люблю, подали в особом бокале.

8. Счет:
- Аккуратный и понятный счет.
- Средний чек на закуску, основное блюдо и напиток — 60 лари, приемлемо.

В целом:
Место определенно достойное, с высоким уровнем обслуживания и приятной атмосферой для ужина. Услуги соответствуют ожиданиям. Штрихи к улучшению: обратная связь от гостей и оперативность при оплате (ждать пришлось 20 минут). Некоторые моменты: не всегда корректное обращение с подносами, после подачи основного блюда внимание к столу снизилось, персонал иногда собирается в центре зала, подавали блюда не всегда аккуратно. Несмотря на это, приезду обратно был бы рад. Хотелось бы, чтобы в других ресторанах тоже была такая же высокое качество обслуживания и блюд. Требуется чуть больше внимания для идеала.

The service and atmosphere were pleasant, but the food was quite disappointing. The dish named “fondue” turned out to be a peculiar, small cheese spread smeared on a plate with potato chunks. Their “Room Burger” was akin to a sandwich you’d find in a beach café, and it was also really small. The sweet potato came without any seasoning or sauce. Overall, it felt like the place was cutting costs by serving me small portions of bland, overpriced food. If you’re up for spending 33 GEL (plus 18% VAT) on a burger that's worse than what you'd get at a low-cost fast-food place, then this is the spot for you.

Исключительно хороший сервис и отличная еда. Официант нас терпеливо и дружелюбно обслуживала, помогла советами определиться с едой и напитками. Вернемся обязательно сюда.

На четвертый день пребывания в Тбилиси посетили The Kitchen Restaurant. Место живое, людей много, все очень активно, как мы любим. Буратта непередаваемо нежная, сливочная. Вино замечательное! А салат с креветками и кимчи вызвал просто гастрономический восторг, думала, что будет очень острый, но все превосходно и остроты в меру и вкус замечательный. Отличное место в гостеприимной Грузии!
