I had to wait for a seat because the upstairs area was closed off, and as usual, the bathrooms were not clean.

Our requests were ignored, and I had to remind them several times. There was no response until the manager showed up. We waited for 20 minutes even though there were no other people except us and one more person. In the end, we missed our plans.

The order numbers vanish before you receive your meal.

Ordering delivery from this place through Wolt or another service is a gamble. In most cases, they won't complete your order correctly. Such issues happen regularly.

This place is the worst. Ordered twice through Bolt and both times they left out an item. What is wrong with your staff? They need to get trained again to improve service in Tbilisi. Completely frustrated and disappointed with both the food and Bolt service.

I came to the restaurant and went to the counter to order ice cream. I specifically requested that the ice cream be handled with clean hands. I’ve seen staff who handle money also make ice creams, often without wearing gloves, which is concerning. On a previous visit, I've seen someone handle coins and then directly make an ice cream without any gloves. This time, I asked the cashier to inform someone else who prepares coffee or sandwiches to make the ice cream. She did as I asked but gave me an attitude and mocked me with another staff member. When I finally received my ice cream, the cup was messy, and it looked like it had been done deliberately. The experience left me feeling dissatisfied and uncomfortable with their service standards.

It's the least welcoming spot in Georgia. At 7:45 in the morning, the staff at the coffee counter were so impolite that I ended up leaving without receiving my order or paying. You disgrace the standards of MC.

They left out a 6 gel Coca-Cola in my order, even though I could've gotten two large ones for that price. I ordered two small Coca-Colas and wanted one extra large, which wasn't included. It's not about the money but about taking responsibility, and I'm not happy with the service. Also, both portions of my fries were cold.

The meals were enjoyable, and the presence of robot servers added a unique touch.

My order was incorrect, which really upset me.

The new breakfast menu is impressive! The beef and egg muffins score around 6.5 out of 10, egg muffins at 7/10, and bacon and egg muffins at 7.5/10. The fresh omelette muffins are outstanding, earning an 8.5 or even 9 out of 10—definitely a must-try! This branch is the one I frequently visit, known for its quick delivery and consistently good quality by McDonald's standards.

Great location just outside Tbilisi. It's usually calm on weekdays, making for a relaxed visit. The drive-thru and parking facilities are convenient. Highly recommend getting the McDonald’s app for added benefits.

Staff here seems to prioritize phone calls over serving customers and completing orders. The management and employees behave rudely, with a distinct lack of respect for foreigners.

The apple pie was disappointing.

მომსახურება ცოტა შეფერხებებით მუშაობს, მაგრამ საკვები ყოველთვის ძალიან გემრიელია და პერსონალი მეგობრულია. აქ ყველაფერი სუფთა და მოწესრიგებულია.

Помещение выглядит замечательно: опрятное и ухоженное, а также приятно тихое. Был приятно удивлён, когда робот принёс мой заказ.

Living nearby for a few months, I've noticed that this place is just like any other fast food spot, but with one major downside. Even with hardly any customers, it takes forever to get even a simple coffee. Today at 10 in the morning, the place was empty, yet I'm still waiting for my coffee as I write this. It’s frustrating, and I find myself visiting less often.

მომსახურების ხარისხი ადგილზე არცთუ ისე კარგი იყო. პერსონალი სათანადო ყურადღებას თითქმის არ გაქცევს. იყო მხოლოდ თიბისი ტერმინალი, როცა სხვა ფილიალებში საქართველოს ტერმინალიც არის. სალაროსთან შეძენისთვის რომ მივედი, მენეჯერმა მირჩია კიოსკიდან შევუკვეთე, რადგან წინა რიგში ბევრი ხალხი იყო.

The wait time at the drive-thru takes forever. Instead of letting us know at the entrance, they only informed us after placing the order. Now we are stuck, hungry, and late.

The flat white here resembles more a latte or a cappuccino with too much milk. The coffee flavor is almost absent, and a flat white should have a strong espresso taste. The cherry pie turned out to be too sweet for my liking, while the apple pie had a more balanced sweetness, which I preferred. Although I liked the pie crust, it was quite oily and extra crunchy. It would be better if the pies were baked like they are in America. I'd appreciate if the pies were made without added sugar, as fruit has its natural sweetness. Additionally, when I asked a young man for assistance with payment, he just ignored me. On a brighter note, the girls were quite helpful, particularly the big young lady, who was friendly and exemplary in her service. Thank you to her.

I've never encountered such a long wait at the drive-thru; I spent over 20 minutes just to get 3 cheeseburgers and 1 cola. And that was with no line at all.
