I hate to be negative, but I've truly never experienced anything like this. The first time I used their service, they misplaced an item I gave them for cleaning. They did find it after a few days, but it was still unsettling. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance. I gave them several shirts, and they lost one and acted like they couldn't care less. It's a dreadful place.

I've used their dry cleaning service two times and frequently visited the studio. Everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and kindly offered to communicate in Russian, which I appreciated. I hope for the same quality service in the future. :)

Возмущена! Обещали почистить пальто за неделю, а длилось это две! В Тбилиси у меня всего одно пальто, и я попала в ситуацию, когда не в чем было выйти на улицу. Чистку провели отвратительно, как и многие другие услуги здесь. Пальто осталось грязным, почистили только воротник и манжеты. Ткань вся серая, на груди остались коричневые пятна, в кармане грязь не тронута, подол с коричневыми брызгами — ничего не убрали! А самое ужасное — йогурт просто впаялся в ткань! Отошел ещё и подол у спины! Просто ужасно! Пальто из дорогого материала испорчено! Теперь придется нести его в ателье на ремонт и повторно чистку! Не беритесь за такую работу, если не справляетесь! Позор!

Terrible service. My white t-shirt turned pink. All my white socks turned pink too. Stay away! They promised to separate colors before washing.

I left 1 kilogram of clothes for washing and got only 500 grams back. When I asked about the missing items, they just said sorry and claimed they didn't have them. Now my 5 white undershirts are gone. Be cautious before handing over anything. Make sure to check all your clothes and take a photo of what you give.
