When we visited, the staff didn't even greet us with a "hello." They were incredibly unfriendly, and even a simple smile would have made a difference. They did manage to say "goodbye," perhaps to emphasize their attitude. Just because you're aiming for a luxury image doesn't mean you have to act distant. Consider investing in customer service training if you're interested in future profits.
