The physical stores are okay, but the online shopping is awful by Georgian standards. This was my worst delivery experience in Georgia so far. I've ordered from big companies, small businesses, and even solo entrepreneurs here, and all were good to excellent. This place is the complete opposite. They completely ignore their delivery service. Once you complete an online purchase, they lose interest. They even give you the courier's number, expecting you to follow up. I spent an entire day calling a number that no one answers. When I asked them directly if the customer must track the delivery themselves, they just told me to call the courier and repeated the number that doesn’t work. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. It's been 11 days since I placed my order, and I'm still searching for my package. Meanwhile, they couldn't care less.

This store was quite large, but honestly, I've seen better locations of the same brand. Still, it was decent. The prices were reasonable, and there were discounts available on some items. Some clothes caught my eye — they were minimalist and trendy. In front of the store, there are a couple of toy rides for kids, so if you're shopping with a child, you can use those as well.
