I’ll give it 5 stars, but please hear me out. The quality of the drinks has really gone down. The tapioca is not cooked well. The "tiger boba" tasted more like a mix of cocoa and chicory. This was from my order on 26/05. I love my boba and have ordered from you often, but this time it was disappointing... please pay attention to this 🙏🏻🙏🏻.

The place is alright, but the milk teas are quite disappointing. Every time I've tried them, the taste varies — sometimes too watery, then too thick, and often lacking flavor. The fruit teas, on the other hand, are excellent. The customer service is good, but the boba balls are subpar, not chewy, and become tough after a few minutes, losing all their flavor. The milk teas are made with powdered flavors instead of real ones, which I find pretty bad. Overall, the negatives outweigh the positives.

Snipers.

I'm sure the staff has never tasted their own creations. I ordered a cold Oreo crunch and ended up with room temperature milk, no Oreo flavor, and not a hint of ice. I have no clue what that was supposed to be, but I'm certain the staff wouldn't take more than one sip of such a mess. Please learn to make an Oreo crush properly before adding it to the menu.

No tapioca. The taro milk tea tasted awful. They didn’t notify me when my order was ready. Wasted my money.

Пробовали три напитка в разные дни — каждый раз ужасно. Шоколадный — это просто молоко с несквиком. Ягодный — наполнен косточками, которые невозможно жевать. Сегодня через вольт заказали фруктовый чай ананас-личи — просто нет слов, насколько отвратительно. Тапиока была настолько твёрдой, что ножом не разрезать, о жевании и речи нет. Ананас едва угадывался, личи вообще не чувствовался. Всё забивала приторная сладость мёда, пить невозможно. Даже разбавление водой не спасло. В общем, 0 из 10. Каждый раз надеялись, что просто не повезло, но это их обычное качество. Больше никогда не закажем.

They changed the original taro powder, and now the taste is completely different... I miss my go-to drink 🥲.

This place is my top pick for Boba in the city, hands down. If I weren't worried about putting on weight, I'd be there daily. I think I've tried almost every drink on their menu.

I was looking forward to trying the taro, but it didn't impress me. On the other hand, the tiger boba was quite good. However, one staff member seemed a bit rude. After a group of people left the store, they opened the door, and it was really cold. I was sitting right by the door, so I tried to close it. The worker asked me not to, saying it smelled bad. Then they just left and sat outside, leaving the door open. It was freezing, and they weren’t even near the door. I was almost done with my drink, and the mention of a bad smell after the group left made me wonder if it was about them or us.

The tiramisu latte was absolutely amazing🥰.

The bubble tea was enjoyable, but the price was outrageous. Paying 14 lari for a chocolate boba seemed excessive to me. I'm not an expert, but spending that much on a drink with gummy balls just doesn't seem right.

I ordered 3 medium teas, but they sent 3 large ones at the medium price and included a note. That was really thoughtful, and the tea was fantastic. Thank you so much!
