The manager couldn't locate my transfer, even though I could see it in the mobile app. When I inquired about the issue, she ignored me and started a phone conversation without a word of goodbye. Awful service.

The manager I interacted with doesn't speak English at all and seems to take pride in that. The service was terrible. I'm leaving with no plans to return to this place ever again.
