Fantastic place! The rooms are roomy, cozy, and offer stunning views. We stayed in both the penthouse and the three-bedroom — both were well-equipped and quiet. A small thing to note: the penthouse has three beds, but two are only separated from the living area by a curtain. This didn’t bother us at all, but if some guests have different sleep schedules, it might be a bit noisy if others are in the living area. The third bed is in a separate room, perfect for early sleepers. We had an overall excellent stay! Archil, David's brother, was very welcoming and showed us around. Looking forward to staying here again with a group in Tbilisi!
