Мы очень разочарованы. Не оставайтесь здесь: это был стресс с самого начала путешествия. Связаться с ними просто невозможно — ни по телефону, ни через сообщения. Узнали из отзывов, что мы такие не одни. Потратили полдня на безуспешные попытки связаться и поиски нового жилья. Ужас. Это обман и мошенничество.

We reserved an apartment through Booking, but when we arrived, we couldn't check in. We got a confirmation email asking for our arrival time, and we responded, but then heard nothing back—no email, phone call, text, or WhatsApp. We drove over, hoping to find someone there, but no one showed up. A resident in the complex tried to assist by making some calls, but all in vain. We ended up having to cancel and scramble to find a new place to stay at the last minute, which was a real hassle. Be cautious—if they don’t reply, find another place to avoid this experience.

This apartment is located in the center of Tbilisi in a residential neighborhood, where unfortunately there is no private parking and we had to park on the side of the road. Despite this, the location is close to the main road and conveniently has a restaurant and store nearby.The check-in process here is easy and quick. The room itself is spacious, clean and cozy. The two bedrooms have one with a double bed and the second with two single beds.The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator and necessary utensils. The bathroom is relatively small with a shower, which unfortunately is not airtight, which can lead to water leaking from the shower cubicle. Also noted is the lack of carpet in the bathroom.The living room is spacious, with a comfortable sofa. Wi-Fi in the room is pretty fast and stable. The amenities and good price make this an attractive place to stay.

Я был очень доволен своим пребыванием в апартаментах City Center Apartments by Picnic в Тбилиси. Апартаменты находятся в центре города и оборудованы всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. В номере есть кондиционер, общая кухня и ванная комната, а также телевизор с кабельным/спутниковым ТВ.

Мне понравилась возможность воспользоваться бесплатной парковкой рядом с апартаментами, а также трансфером из/в аэропорт. Рядом с апартаментами есть множество интересных мест, таких как Дворец искусств, Церковь Александра Невского и Djansug Kakhidze Garden, которые можно посетить пешком. Также в районе много кафе, баров, ресторанов и магазинов, что создает отличную атмосферу для туристов.

В целом, я рекомендую City Center Apartments by Picnic всем, кто планирует посетить Тбилиси и ищет удобное и комфортабельное место для проживания.

The apartment is centrally located in Tbilisi within a residential area. There's no private parking, so we parked by the roadside. It’s close to the main road, with a restaurant and convenience store nearby. Check-in was quick and easy. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring two bedrooms with one double bed and another room with two twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, and necessary kitchenware. The bathroom is small with a shower area, though the shower box isn’t fully sealed and can leak a bit. There’s no carpet in the bathroom. The living room is large and has a sofa. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Overall, it’s convenient and offers excellent value.

The location is terrible. It’s far from the main street. One of the rooms lacks an air conditioner. The AC doesn’t cool properly, and the fridge is filthy. There’s a broken pipe in the bathroom. The rooms don’t have locks.

Замечательные апартаменты прямо в центре грузинской столицы - Тбилиси. Останавливался там уже 2 раза, все супер, достопримечательности и культурные места крайне близко, при въезде всегда всю убрано, вычищено до блеска, ни нашел ни одной пылинки, апартаменты довольно большие и комфортабельные, чувствуешь себя уютно, как будто оказался у себя дома. Всем рекомендую.

Комнаты чистые и уютные. Однако это вовсе не гостиница уровня 4 звезды.

No shampoo, no soap, no kettle. The AC didn't cool, and the internet was cut off. I called the owner multiple times, but she ignored me.

מקום מעולה, נקי מאוד ושקט, מעוצב בסגנון מודרני ומאובזר לחלוטין. המזגן פועל בשקט ועוצמתי.

Апартаменты просто замечательные: всё очень чисто, стильно и уютно. Обслуживание на высшем уровне! Мы еще взяли тур, получилось просто супер! Рекомендую всем!!

This place is ideal for an extended stay. Easy to locate, spotless, and comfortable. It's centrally located yet surprisingly quiet. Big thanks to the hosts for the open balcony and the unique design.

I loved staying in this place while visiting Tbilisi. The design is fantastic, providing a cozy and colorful atmosphere. Its location is convenient, being quite close to the city center. You can easily walk there or use the underground at the Marjanishvili station. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the hostess was very welcoming. Thank you, I’m definitely planning to return soon.

С друзьями в Тбилиси — и это идеальное место остановки! Расположение отличное, до центра можно дойти пешком. Квартира уютная, с новым ремонтом, стиль — молодежный и минималистичный. Есть все необходимое для удобного проживания.

Жил в квартире 401. Очень чистая квартира в новом доме, местоположение отличное. Две спальни, гостиная, маленькая кухня и аккуратная ванная. Всем советую. Хозяйка из Армении, очень вежливая, можно связаться с ней по WhatsApp и договориться о цене. Все рядом: магазины, турецкие и международные рестораны, кафе. Честно говоря, у меня нет никакой личной выгоды от этого отзыва, и хозяйка не знает, что я его оставляю, просто хочу поделиться своим опытом, чтобы вы не столкнулись с плохими вариантами.
