Affordable room situated just a few minutes from the heart of the town, managed by a delightful older man and his energetic son. Although their English is limited, communication is straightforward. There's also an adorable (and vocal) kitten on the premises, which is a charming addition. Highly recommend!

Super hospitable and spotless!

During our two weeks in Georgia, this place stood out as our favorite. The host and his son were the kindest people we encountered. The accommodation was fantastic. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Spent almost two months here over the summer and autumn. Keti and her family were incredibly kind and generous, taking great care of us. The rooms were wonderful; even our friends visited us during that time. The kitchen felt very cozy, offering a lovely view of the beautiful garden. You can spot Tetnuldi from the yard, and maybe from the rooms too. We made apple jam from the apples in the garden. It's just a short 5-10 minute walk to the town center. There are also several nice walks easily accessible from the guest house.

Потрясающее место! Владельцы очень приветливые, комната чистая, есть все удобства. Хороший напор воды в душе, горячая вода всегда доступна, на кухне всё удобно устроено. Расположение тоже отличное. Пребывание принесло огромное удовольствие. Всем рекомендую.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este lugar. La habitación era espaciosa y el baño estaba limpio, incluso tenía lavadora. El dueño de la casa es una persona encantadora, aunque no compartimos el mismo idioma. Nos ofreció "chacha", nos dejó ver libros muy interesantes sobre Svaneti y nos dio consejos sobre lugares que visitar. Sin duda volveríamos y esperamos regresar algún día.

Washing machine provided for free, and the owner was incredibly friendly. There was a small kitchen with everything needed. Absolutely nothing to criticize. The location was convenient too!

Wonderful place. You can relax in the garden under an apple tree. The hosts are incredibly welcoming. We asked them to help arrange accommodations for our hike to Ushguli and safely left some belongings there. If they offer you chacha, definitely give it a try. The one we tasted was made from garden apples and was excellent.
