The team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made me feel right at home. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the essentials.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ended up at this place because I missed my flight and was exhausted. The staff member harassed me even though I wasn't behaving in any way to provoke it. He was significantly older than me. I felt too scared to speak up since we were alone, and I didn’t want the situation to escalate. I stayed because I had already paid. Unfortunately, the staff member continued to text me after I left. During my stay, I was awake all night, terrified he might enter my room. If you plan to stay in Kutaisi, it’s better to remain at the airport. As an Asian woman, my overall experience in Kutaisi was awful. There are much better places to visit if you have the budget.

А уборка в ванной комнате вообще казалась мифом — грязь и пятна повсюду. Всю ночь пытался хоть немного привести в порядок то, что должно было быть чистым изначально. Это место не для тех, кто ценит минимальную чистоту и комфорт.

Чистый, уютный номер и невероятно гостеприимный персонал. Здесь чувствуется настоящая грузинская душа. Особенная благодарность Кахе — он сделал всё, чтобы мы ощущали себя как дома. Приезжаешь за отдыхом, а уезжаешь с ощущением, что у тебя появились новые друзья.

Великолепное место! Чистота и уют сразу бросились в глаза. Хозяин отеля — добродушный старик, который встретил нас прямо у ворот. Его дружелюбие и забота о гостях создают неповторимую атмосферу. Приятно удивило, что на территории есть кухня, хотя мы решили поужинать на улице. Ощущение, будто попал к давнему другу в гости. Осталось только теплое впечатление и желание вернуться.

Чувствуешь себя так, будто приехал к старым друзьям, а не в отель. Менеджмент — на высшем уровне. Местоположение — сказка. Уже мечтаю о следующем визите.

The experience was dreadful. The entire hotel was dirty, but the bathroom was the worst. The toilet was filthy, stained, and covered in grime, clearly neglected for some time. I ended up spending the whole night trying to clean it. The room's small carpet was stained and seemed never to have been washed. Additionally, the mattress had a strong smell of sweat, making it impossible to sleep well. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here; it was truly unpleasant.

A pleasant and tidy location. The place is managed by an elderly gentleman who is incredibly warm and supportive. We spent one night there, choosing to dine outside, but there was a kitchen available for use.

Incredible experience! This place offers one of the best stays I've ever had. The location is excellent, and the management is truly outstanding. I've made lifelong friends here. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
