The hotel is quite old, but the location is very convenient. It was nice to have a Thai restaurant for breakfast. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Regarding the room, here are some issues: the bed springs are uncomfortable, the shower temperature fluctuates, there are no facilities to boil water, the lighting is very dim, and it is located on the third floor with a spiral staircase and no elevator.

Great hotel at an attractive price. We paid 100 lari for a double room for one night, booked through Booking.com. Breakfast was included. Very good value for money. The room was spacious, and the beds were quite comfortable. Not luxurious, but excellent for this price. The only downside was the narrow and winding stairs, which made it difficult to carry a suitcase upstairs.

Недостатки: проблемы с горячей водой — нужно время, чтобы она нагрелась, и может внезапно стать холодной, что неприятно; проблемы с парковкой возле отеля; шум от машин в вечернее время — водители иногда собираются под окнами и газуют для забавы, что может мешать. This place was such a letdown. Felt deceived, the reality didn't match the pictures and there were several major issues. 1. The shower was filthy, the rails were barely attached, and in one of our three rooms (we were with family and friends), it was impossible to shower without soaking the entire bathroom. 2. The beds were uncomfortable, my pillow was like a rock, and the bed was poorly made. 3. The odors were unpleasant, one was indescribable, and another room always smelled like diapers. 4. Noises in the middle of the night, it sounded like loud water flow. The location is fine, but there's no room service, breakfast is mediocre, and whatever you do, avoid Room 9! Also, I forgot to mention there were actual holes in the wall.

I'm not sure where to begin. From the start, everything went wrong. They offer a transfer from the airport that ends up being more than double the cost, I think there's some kind of deal between them. Then, when we arrived at the hotel at 2am, exhausted and starving, all they seemed interested in was selling us a tour. They wouldn't let us go until we agreed to a tour with them. Tired, we finally told them to leave us alone as we were only interested in eating, drinking, and going to bed. After more than half an hour, they let us go, but only gave us 15 minutes to buy something as they were planning to lock the door. Excuse me!? Do I not have the freedom to come and go as I please? They want to "lock" me in because they have to close? And don't get me started on the rooms, they're pitiful. I can't find words to describe how dirty and smelly they are; it's not even close to a 1-star hotel. The shower was disgusting. I'm honestly disappointed! I don't understand the positive reviews. The only good thing is the friendly lady at the reception with black hair and light eyes. She was very sweet and kind, helped us with our requests, and even got us a taxi at a better price. I give her 6 stars, but the rest, I'm sorry to say, it's a disaster. Avoid this hotel.

Жить в центре Кутаиси — это как попасть в самую душу города. Просторные номера и волшебное обслуживание сделали моё пребывание незабываемым. Спустившись утром, я прохаживался по парку напротив, наслаждаясь свежим воздухом и ароматом кофе из близлежащих кафе. Канатная дорога через реку за копейки добавила адреналина, а виды с холма – просто бомба. Парковка была правильным решением: пересек мостик и ты уже почти там. Бонусом – печать посадочных талонов на рассвете. Атмосфера и комфорт – на высоте!

Локация - класс, большой уютный номер с шикарным видом на город. Но обслуживание явно оставляет желать лучшего. Вроде бы и цена приемлемая, но ощущение, что всё требует косметического ремонта. Советую, если вам нужно просто переночевать в удачном месте, но не ждите особых удобств.

Однако, ванной комнате не мешало бы лучшее обслуживание — поломанные плитки и налёт немного омрачают впечатление. Вкусный и качественный завтрак подаётся в соседнем ресторане, что добавляет колорита. Отличное соотношение цены и качества за такую центральную локацию.

Местоположение — просто супер, близко к центру и основным достопримечательностям. Было небольшое недоразумение с трансфером, но это не испортило общего впечатления. Планирую вернуться!

We spent one night here and found the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and some attention to the air-conditioning, as ours didn't cool the room much. Despite this, the hotel is quite nice with a good breakfast. The staff is friendly, and the stay is worth the cost.

Приятно удивлен отелем в центре города. Простая и уютная атмосфера, буквально за углом шумит рынок и струится фонтан. Персонал настолько продемонстрировал гостеприимство, что чувствуешь себя здесь не туристом, а старым приятелем. Душевное место, куда хочется вернуться.

Проживали в отеле 3 суток и остались очень довольны!
Мебель из натурального дерева, свежий ремонт в комнате и санузле. В комнате, помимо кондиционера (который исправно работал на тепло, проверяли), есть центральное отопление - батарея, мощности которой хватает для комфортного проживания.
В нашем номере был небольшой балкончик, куда можно было выйти, например, покурить, что очень удобно.
Этот отель — настоящая находка для тех, кто ценит комфорт!

The service may not be typical of Georgian hospitality, but that didn't bother us. I can't understand the negative reviews; it's a fantastic 3-star option with great value for the money, and you can explore the city on foot from here. Check for good rates on booking platforms. Plus, it's pet-friendly, and we could have our dog stay with us.

The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Just a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom would be appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay with a cozy atmosphere.

This is a budget-friendly option with a convenient location. The rooms are satisfactory, though not spotless. Be cautious with staff communication; despite confirming an airport pick-up and sharing my flight details, nobody arrived. Regardless, I would choose to stay again, just ensure to communicate clearly with the team. Their English skills are limited. A tip: use Bolt for getting around in Kutaisi and throughout Georgia, it's very reliable.

The location is excellent, situated on a bustling and charming cobblestone street opposite a park, offering a view of tourists taking photos with the statues of two poets. Our room was spacious, pleasant, and tidy. However, the bathroom showed signs of poor renovation and maintenance, similar to other reviews, with broken floor tiles and missing fillings. The shower had limescale and mold. The staff was not very friendly and had limited English skills. Breakfast was served next door in a Thai restaurant by their staff, and the meal was quite simple. We paid 160 GEL per night for two people. Overall, the experience was decent, and I've encountered worse bathrooms even in Western Europe.

The service is exceptional, offering amenities that some 5-star hotels might not, like bathrobes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoos. There's a kettle in the room, though tea and coffee are always available at the reception. A downside is the absence of an elevator in the old building, but I was accommodated on the first floor, which was convenient. We included breakfast in our reservation, but it turned out to be quite modest.

Bardzo miły hotel w zabytkowym budynku. Duże pokoje i wyjątkowo sympatyczna obsługa. Ze względu na nasz poranny lot, przyspieszono dla nas śniadanie, a uprzejma pani w recepcji wydrukowała nasze karty pokładowe. Lokalizacja jest świetna, blisko wszystkich atrakcji miasta. Na przeciwko znajduje się park i wiele kawiarni. Polecam przejazd kolejką nad rzeką za 1,60 zł. Można dotrzeć na drugi brzeg do wesołego miasteczka na wzgórzu, skąd roztacza się piękny widok na miasto. Po południu i wieczorem radzę parkować za mostem przy Best Western, gdzie jest dużo wolnych miejsc za darmo. Wystarczy przejść przez most i jest się już przy hotelu. Pod samym hotelem wolne miejsca są zwykle tylko rano.

Great spot! The room was lovely, and the staff were extremely welcoming.

Great central location. No private parking available, so finding a spot nearby can be tricky. The rooms are relatively clean, but the dark colors and heavy decor can feel overwhelming. The bathroom was in poor condition with mold in the shower. Breakfast offered four different sets, yet not everything was available. The area is noisy, but that's expected in the city center. Our stay was short, just one night, and that was probably for the best.

The hotel is located conveniently and is kept clean, with spacious rooms. For the price, it offers great value, and we reserved two rooms for the week. However, one of the lamps in the room flickered, which was quite irritating. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid rooms with windows facing the street. Some nights were sleepless due to people drinking and partying outside near a supermarket, often playing loud music from their cars. The room not facing the street didn't have this issue. One odd thing was when I requested a tea bag to make tea in my room. The hotel had them but did not provide one. This was a first for me in a hotel.

Everything was great. The place is charming, and the location is excellent. Some of the furniture is a bit dated, though.

This hotel is old and unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit it. There is no elevator, and the curtain is only partially covering the window. There's also no luggage cart available. A company booked it for us; had I known, I would have never chosen this place.

Bathrooms are constantly leaking, leaving water all over the floor. This caused my father to fall, injuring himself so badly that he can't walk, ruining our visit. There is a terrible noise from some machine on the first floor in certain rooms, definitely not all of them, but it's unbearable where it happens. I inquired about parking in front of the building and was told it was free, but ended up with a fine. The staff stare blankly and don’t respond, as if they’re from another planet. It's unfortunate because the place seemed promising at first glance.

Die Duschtüren sind extrem kaputt und lassen sich nicht mehr schließen; die Schiebetür fällt sogar gelegentlich komplett aus der Schiene. Die Betten waren unbezogen, was wir selbst erledigen mussten. Die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage fehlte, wodurch sie nicht eingeschaltet werden konnte. Da das Zimmer nur ein Fenster zum kleinen Innenhof hatte, war dies ein großes Problem. An der Rezeption erhielt ich kaum Hilfe. Erst nach einer halben Stunde, vielen Diskussionen und dem Ausprobieren mehrerer Fernbedienungen fand ich eine passende. Besonders dieser Punkt zeigt das Hauptproblem: echtes Bemühen zu helfen scheint es hier nicht zu geben. Sehr schade. Die Lage ist super und das Frühstück gut.
