Пожалуй, худший ночной кошмар для любителя тихих вечеров. За тонкими стенами ночная тусовка никогда не стихает. И не ждите, что кто-то из администрации наведет порядок. После первой бессонной ночи пришлось срочно искать другое место. Не рекомендую.

Столкнулась с настоящим неприятным сюрпризом — оказалось, что туалет в номере не работает. Честно говоря, ожидала большего от такого заведения. Ну и на стойке регистрации нам ничем помочь не смогли, хотя мы несколько раз пытались объяснить проблему. Обидно, что в итоге пришлось уйти раньше времени. Честно говоря, отдых был испорчен.

Втиснешься в камерное царство O.K., и сразу забываешь о том, какая страна на дворе. Мягкие оттенки света и воплощенная в реальность простота продуманных деталей после шумного дня на местных улочках делают своё дело. Люблю место, где ночь действительно восстанавливает силы, а здесь так и есть. Звуки окружающего мира как будто остаются за порогом. Чисто, уютно, а до центра рукой подать. Приезжаю сюда второй раз и каждый раз чувствую, как будто попадаю к старым друзьям. Отличное соотношение цены и качества — местоположение выручает.

The place seems cozy at first, but is actually quite worn out. What really disappointed me was the complete lack of noise control by the staff. Other guests were very loud, drinking behind thin walls after midnight, while my family, including kids, was trying to sleep. We left after one night and I wouldn't recommend it to others. Kutaisi offers many better options for accommodation.

The rooms were dirty, the toilet didn't work, and the front desk was no help at all. We finally gathered our things and left. Really disappointing.

I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. The staff is unprofessional and shows no regard for guests. Just three days before my planned arrival, they canceled my reservation, raised the price, and then made it available again. I am genuinely displeased. 0/10.

Jedynym minusem jest lokalizacja, ale przejazd Boltem do centrum kosztuje około 4-5 Lari, więc to bardzo tanio i zajmuje około 10 minut. Pokoje i wystrój są odpowiednie do ceny. Obsługa jest świetna, a właściciel bardzo pomocny. PS. Bardzo polecam restaurację Eldepo.

The place I stayed in during the holidays had dreadful weather. Rooms for 12 people were booked via booking.com. Upon arrival, none of the rooms had electricity, making it cold and dark. Rooms had small heaters and an air conditioner that didn’t heat. The owner was asked for help but didn’t know how to operate the air conditioning. When we returned after a few hours, power was restored, but it was still cold. The owner demanded money. The next morning, we went for breakfast, which I wouldn’t even call breakfast. We all reeked of grease. After exploring the city, we returned in the evening, and the owner again asked for money. After paying for the rooms, there was no water, and the owner blamed us, saying we used too much while showering, even though we were out all day. I’m convinced the owner intentionally turned off the water. At Kutaisi airport, mobile tickets are not accepted, so we asked for a printout; the owner charged 1 lari per boarding pass. In the toilet, there’s no water in the tank, so you have to use the shower, but only hot water flows there, so the toilet water is heated. Everything leaks, so water is everywhere. One toilet setup is completely absurd, as the showerhead is over the sink, the drain is on the floor, and the toilet is nearby, allowing you to shower, brush your teeth, and sit on the toilet simultaneously. The owner is unpleasant, and it’s noisy in the room because everything from the street can be heard. I do not recommend this place to anyone—I left sick after just two nights.

Комната на втором этаже с видом на улицу — новая и приятная. Заплатили 60 лари за ночь. Останавливались на два дня. Очень тихо и комфортно. Всего 200 метров до центра.

STAY AWAY! They tried to scam us. The room we reserved wasn't available, and they demanded much more money. The host refused to give us the key to our room! We had to leave in the middle of the night. Also, the host was aggressive.

Właściciel to kłamca! Mieliśmy zarezerwowany pokój za 35 lari, ale po przyjeździe twierdził, że to błąd i musimy zapłacić 150 lari, bo to cena sezonowa. Po kłótni udało się obniżyć cenę, ale dostaliśmy pokój niższego standardu niż zarezerwowaliśmy. Powinien był zamówić dla nas autobus na lotnisko, ale stwierdził, że często się nie zjawia i mogą nas pominąć, jednak "na wszelki wypadek" on sam nas podrzuci. Rzekomo zadzwonił, ale autobusu następnego dnia nie było. Podziękowaliśmy i wzięliśmy taksówkę. Nikomu nie polecam rezerwacji tutaj, lepiej szukać gdzie indziej.

Прекрасно! Люди здесь очень добрые и всегда готовы прийти на помощь. Без них было бы сложно. Грузия — невероятно красивая страна!

Место кажется неплохим, но не удалось там остановиться. Находясь в ожидании 1,5 месяца, выяснили, что наш заранее забронированный номер был уже занят. Никто из администрации не связался с нами до прибытия, у них проблемы с использованием системы бронирования. Это, конечно, не катастрофа, нашли другое жилье, но пришлось таскать вещи по ночи.

A decent option for a night's stay when you don't have anywhere else to go.

The location is close to the city center. The rooms are compact, dimly lit, and have a musty smell. Suitable for a short stay.

Расположен в десяти минутах от центра. Средняя цена. Номера бывают маленькие и большие. Рядом можно перекусить. Поблизости находятся храм Баграта и синагога. Место тихое и спокойное.

The door handle was broken, and the shower was not working properly and wasn't very clean. The host offered to arrange a taxi with a family friend to take us to the bus station for a trip to Borjomi. However, we ended up in a different taxi, which charged us excessively, and instead of being dropped at the bus station, they left us at a taxi stand. This seemed like a way to take advantage of tourists who don't speak Georgian or Russian. The host seemed friendly and spoke good English, but the taxi situation was very rude. Do not trust his 'family friends.'

Забронированный номер оказался занят, несмотря на то, что он был оплачен. Нас заселили в одну комнату вчетвером. Обслуживание ужасное, хозяин очень груб! Деньги потрачены впустую, никакого сервиса.

The sign outside still says Golden fleece. It feels more like a guest house than a hotel. Conveniently located near the town center. The host speaks excellent English, making communication easy. The room was clean and came with a private bathroom. The kitchen is shared. WiFi was spotty in some areas of the property.
