The rooms are simple yet clean, and the bedsheets are fresh. If it gets cold, there's air conditioning available. The bathrooms are tidy with hot water. The owner is friendly. You can relax outside as well. Breakfasts are tasty, and there's a kettle with coffee and tea available. It's a perfect spot for those who want a comfortable place to rest and refresh after a day of exploring. I've stayed in several places in Georgia, and this one stands out positively.

Первый раз всё было замечательно. Но когда вернулись с друзьями на пару ночей, всё изменилось. Хозяин сообщил, что в городе не будет воды, но нас это не особо волновало. Однако на следующий день он снова предупредил об этом, а позже потребовал, чтобы мы выселились. Позвонил и настоял, чтобы мы забрали свои вещи из-за отсутствия воды. Мы готовы были остаться, даже без воды, но он настаивал на выселении. В итоге пришлось менять планы, искать новое жилье и платить за одну ночь. Когда попросили компенсацию, он начал агрессивно реагировать, хотя, как оказалось, вода была. Больше сюда не вернёмся и другим не советуем.

The guesthouse is quite pleasant with reasonable prices. Breakfast was decent; my husband enjoyed it, although it wasn’t to my taste. The hosts are reserved but very helpful whenever assistance is needed. It can get a bit noisy at night, likely due to the other guests since the doors aren’t very soundproof. The linens are clean and fresh with towels and a hot shower available. Finding the place with a taxi was tricky, as drivers often dropped us at the wrong spot. There’s shampoo in the bathroom, but no soap, so consider bringing your own. The WiFi works well.

The owner was accommodating with breakfast schedules. Parking was conveniently located outside, close to the guesthouse. Although the bathrooms were shared, they were always available, and there was hot water. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided. There was also a small balcony and patio area. The beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect.

The listing on Booking states that pets are allowed, but we were not permitted to stay with our dog. The manager rudely informed us that only small dogs are accepted. We did not see the interior facilities.

Тишина и чистота — идеальная комбинация. Это место дарит ощущение уюта, а вежливый и услужливый персонал оставляет незабываемое впечатление. Завтрак — настоящее кулинарное сокровище, которое делает утро ещё более приятным. Спокойное и доступное убежище, где чувствуешь себя как дома.

Завтраки тут просто чудо! Начало дня с домашней еды, приготовленной заботливыми руками, задаёт отличный тон для всего путешествия.

Завтраки вкусные, но не хватает разнообразия. Немного расстроило, что обслуживание медленное, и не всегда удавалось получить нужную информацию вовремя. В остальном атмосфера приятная и хозяин действительно дружелюбный. Однако, можно было бы улучшить организацию и сделать пребывание более комфортным.

Душевное место. Таня и Саса создают атмосферу, словно ты приехал в гости к старым друзьям. Здесь всегда комфортно и уютно, а знакомства с другими гостями превращаются в тёплые вечера с историями и смехом. Вернусь без колебаний!

Пожалуй, одно из самых отвратительных мест, где мне пришлось побывать. Запланированная кровать отсутствовала, и нам предложили буквально груду грязного мусора вместо нее. Хозяева были далеко не дружелюбные, а грубые, пьяные и вообще не хотели решать проблему. Наоборот, попросили нас покинуть территорию. Такое место категорически не рекомендую.

Когда выбирал хостел, сравнивал по трём критериям: цена, атмосфера и завтрак. Здесь нашёл то, что искал. Комнаты просторные и чистые, что для меня важно. Завтрак сбалансированный и вкусный, добавляет сил на весь день. Рад, что остановился именно здесь, и не жалею о своём выборе.

Чистые номера, уютная атмосфера и вкусные завтраки по утрам создают здесь особую магию. Единственное, что иногда мешает - немного шумные соседи, но это быстро забывается благодаря гостеприимству хозяев.

Когда дело касается комфорта и уюта, этот гостевой дом в Кутаиси превзошел все мои ожидания. Единственное, чего не хватало, — это обогревателя, но кондиционер работал исправно, так что тепло было обеспечено. Отдельный плюс за замечательный завтрак, приготовленный с учетом моих предпочтений. В такие моменты чувствуешь себя действительно как дома. Благодарен за теплый прием и заботу!

Недружелюбные хозяева. Лучше держаться подальше от этого места. Наша бронь была оформлена неправильно (не хватало одной кровати). Когда мы на это указали, хозяева предложили грязную и сломанную "кровать", которая выглядела так, будто ее нашли на свалке. Они не хотели решать проблему и просто попросили нас покинуть помещение. Более того, хозяева были пьяны, грубы и саркастичны, очень неприятные люди. Не советую.

We arrived at 3 a.m., and despite the language barrier, the owner was very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and there is air-conditioning. The shared bathrooms are nice and quite spacious. The breakfast is substantial, with eggs and sausage, and you can enjoy it in the front garden. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center.

Właściciele powitali nas w stanie nietrzeźwości. Miałam rezerwację dla 10 osób, ale znaleźliśmy tylko 9 miejsc do spania. Dziesiątej osobie zaproponowano rozwalające się łóżko polowe, które nie nadawało się do użytku. Kiedy poprosiliśmy o inne łóżko, właściciele odmówili i zasugerowali, żebyśmy wyszli, jeśli nam się coś nie podoba. Ostatecznie zostaliśmy bez miejsca na nocleg. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

Stay away from this place! Your reservation means nothing, as there's a chance you'll arrive to find it canceled. The hosts are extremely disrespectful. They had been drinking and told us to get out, despite our reservation, simply because we weren't smiling. Very odd individuals.

The location on booking and Google Maps is incorrect. The owner eventually found us, drove off in a huff, and was clearly annoyed. Checking in and having breakfast also felt like an inconvenience, something we've never experienced on vacation before. The "friendly" aspect is completely missing, and the breakfast was nothing like the pictures. We wouldn't recommend staying here again. There are much better and friendlier accommodations in Kutaisi.

The rooms are pleasant, but finding the place is a challenge. Upon arrival, the hosts were heavily intoxicated and informed us we couldn't stay because there weren't enough beds prepared. At one point, we felt unsafe.

Be aware that the owner might insult you personally and later even call you to swear if you're dissatisfied with the accommodation or the service provided.

I developed allergies from this room, likely due to dust and mites. The cleanliness was lacking, with hair on the floors and stained sheets and towels. Although the wife was kind and the room was affordable, the owner was impolite and aggressive. Won't be returning.
