A water void and rusty slides - a water park that no longer exists

An abandoned water park in Tbilisi, located on the way to Lisi Lake, is a place where children once made noise and water splashed. Today, there is silence, concrete, and emptiness.

The park was closed in July 2023. The reasons for the closure were not announced. The territory is left with pools without water, faded water slides, and traces of life, which seemed to have been turned off with the push of a button.

The place quickly became interesting for photographers and researchers. The slides are rusty, the tiles are covered with cracks, but the structure itself is still preserved and draws frames full of cinematic melancholy.

How to find: the water park is located opposite the oncology hospital, on the road leading to Lisi Lake. The building is visible from the road - this is an area with destroyed concrete structures and a high fence.
