    Terrible service. None of the staff speaks English. They were extremely rude when I called to ask when the water would be back, as we've been without it for 24 hours. Absolutely the worst service and truly embarrassing.

    This is the worst water delivery service in Georgia. They frequently lie about the water supply. They cut off the water whenever they feel like it. Twice this week on national holidays, they stopped the supply. Today, it will be off for 16 hours. On workdays, when no one is home, they avoid making the necessary repairs. Complaints have been filed with the police and a lawyer. We are ready to happily move to an apartment where water is available!

    Это худшая компания в Тбилиси! Сегодня за воду платёжка на 140 лари, через пару месяцев уже 200 лари. Дозвониться невозможно — номер компании всегда недоступен. А потом ещё и штрафы за неуплату приходят.

    Преступники под прикрытием закона. Придётся отвечать за каждую каплю воды, за каждый сорванный рабочий день, за страдания детей, стариков, больных, за каждую украденную копейку. В маленьком городе уже год не проходит и дня без отключения воды в половине города, как будто это авария. Запомните, рано или поздно закон вас настигнет.
