Უნამუსო და უყურადღებო "მენეჯერი" დამხვდა. Არსენალურ ძალისხმევას მჭირდებოდა შეკვეთის შესრულება, თითქოს ჩემ დასაცინი მუშაობდა და თან რამე საჩუქარი გაწირა. 5 კვირა დაჭირდა ამ მარაზმთან გამკლავებას.

Top-notch materials and speedy service.

Excellent printing quality but poor communication. The prints were outstanding, and the showroom with its displays was impressive. Unfortunately, communication was a significant problem—we often had to follow up with managers, and invoices sometimes took a week to get to us. If they could be more responsive, they might become a great partner.

Очень не советую обращаться сюда! Сервис отсутствует полностью, никакой помощи. Зашла выбрать, а девушка на месте ничего не знает: сроки неизвестны, цены тоже, и дизайнера, похоже, у них нет. В общем, ничем не помогли.

ერთ-ერთი სანიმუშო უპასუხისმგებლო კომპანია. სურათები დავუტოვე და 3 კვირაზე მეტ ხანს მაწვალეს. არანაირი სურვილი, რომ ვინმემ თავად რამე გითხრას და ბოლოს მაინც არ დაბეჭდეს.

Не работают по субботам, хотя в Instagram и Google указано, что должны.

Terrible communication from the staff. Deadlines are constantly missed, and mistakes happen all the time. When asked to fix something, they respond with rudeness. Definitely 0/5.

Мне не дали нужной информации по поводу моей рекламной идеи. Оператор ясно понимала мои запросы, но личные убеждения помешали ей оформить заказ, хотя компания могла бы на нем заработать. Создаётся впечатление, что клиентская заинтересованность здесь отсутствует. Спасибо.

Location is not the best, but it's the top printing spot in Tbilisi!

The place is not where it says it is, and it's a 15-minute walk from the listed location. When we eventually got there, we discovered they neither print documents nor take photos! Such a complete waste of time!

The address is incorrect; there’s no print shop at this location. Despite receiving numerous similar reviews, the issue with the location remains unfixed.

There isn't a printing shop at this exact spot. However, there's a fantastic one just around the corner, near the barbershop. I appreciate the quality and the service there (I even took a taxi twice to go and print documents for the embassy).

Everything was great, but the address on Google Maps is wrong.

I placed an order, and they messed up the print. I only noticed the mistake after picking it up. When I emailed them about the issue, they just ignored me. Also, they didn't get the sizes right on half of the order.

High-speed service with impressive quality. They don't speak English, yet they are extremely accommodating.

Ужасное обслуживание. Даже на письма не могут нормально ответить. Могут не отвечать несколько дней, а когда отвечают, ведут себя грубо. Единственное достоинство — широкоформатная печать и печать на нестандартных материалах. Если есть возможность, лучше заказать из-за границы, например, у White Wall.
