Nodar Dumbadze Professional State Youth Theatre

The State Professional Youth Theater named after Nodar Dumbadze in Tbilisi is one of the central and significant cultural institutions of Georgia, with a rich history and a long tradition of theatrical art. Founded by Alexander Takaishvili in 1928 as the Georgian Theater of Young Spectators, it has since become one of the leading theaters in the country.

The theater quickly gained popularity thanks to its talented actors and innovative productions. Association with the Russian Youth Theater under the name Central Children's Theater named after. N. Dumbadze in 1998 opened a new page in the history of the theater. Since then, the theater has become a place where a new generation of actors and directors can develop their talent and contribute to the development of theatrical art.

The theater continues to delight audiences with a variety of performances covering a wide range of genres and styles, and remains an important institution in the cultural life of Georgia.
