Insurance company "TBC Insurance"

Can't use it, can't cancel or close the contract. This insurance is driving me nuts. Steer clear of it.

Fraudsters! They constantly deceive and waste your time. Payments never come.

This is a total scam, not real insurance. Be careful! I've never encountered an insurance that won't pay out just because the police report blames you. Every accident has someone's fault, that's what insurance is for. When you truly need them, they will be nowhere to be found. Consider yourself warned.

უკვე 3 წელია, ვიყენებ ამ სადაზღვევო კომპანიის მომსახურებას და ძალიან კმაყოფილი ვარ. განსაკუთრებით აღსანიშნავია აგენტების ჯგუფის მენტორი სალომე ჯანაშია. ის უაღრესად ყურადღებიანია და ყოველთვის მოწესრიგებულია.

Огромная проблема — это игнорирование стандартов конфиденциальности данных: они просят присылать копии паспортов по обычной почте, что вызывает серьёзные опасения за безопасность личной информации. Сервис отличается крайней медлительностью. Чтобы получить простой список лекарств от врача, может уйти около недели. Частые сбои в системе только усложняют ситуацию. Невозможность посетить врача без записи через семейного врача добавляет неудобств. Даже наличие личного менеджера не гарантирует, что можно записаться к врачу на следующий день. В сравнении с другими страховыми компаниями, их услуги не только медленнее, но и дороже. Исходя из всего этого, стоит рассмотреть другие страховые, которые обеспечивают более оперативное, прозрачное и надёжное обслуживание.

They deceive you constantly. Without their signed or stamped document, don't trust a word they say.

They do reimburse, but you have to insist on getting what's rightfully yours.

Probably one of the worst insurance services worldwide, if not the absolute worst.

Horrible service. They never get in touch and show complete irresponsibility. Their main goal seems to be avoiding any payouts. I would not recommend them to anyone. It's better to have no insurance at all than to deal with this place.

Their website claims you can buy insurance with just a passport or a personal number, but when you reach out, they insist on having a personal number. They clearly don't want to deal with foreign customers.

I had read that health insurance was available, but when I checked, it turned out to be only for corporate clients, not individuals.

Не берут трубку и на сообщения в чате не отвечают. Получаешь направление к врачу, а в клинике тебя не находят в системе, хотя смс уже приходила. Стоишь как дурак у кассы и пытаешься дозвониться на горячую линию, которая, конечно, не отвечает! Зачем вообще нужна такая страховка? Пришлось платить из собственного кармана.

They handle small car damage claims, but when it comes to significant issues, they completely ignore your messages and calls. They don't pay out for serious claims and offer no explanations. Overall, they're too pricey and not worth the hassle.

This insurance business is owned by a bank, which is not allowed in any country, making this situation completely unacceptable. If you miss a premium payment, the agreement is canceled automatically. It seems like the contract was drafted by a bank lawyer because there are penalties for breaching it. We need to develop a proper system to improve things. If we want a better Georgia, we should stop using insurance companies owned by banks. It's time to wake up and make a change!

15 წუთის ოპერატორის ლოდინი არ არის ნორმალური. თავზე მილიონებს შოულობთ და ზუსტ თანხებზე მუშაობა არ შეგიძლიათ. რიგები უბრალოა. ნამდვილად არ ღირს თქვენი მომსახურების გამოყენება.

They only cover low-cost, old cars. If you drive a high-performance luxury vehicle, they won't take you. The service is useless.

Компания, как и многие другие в Грузии, абсолютно не радует. Дозвониться для записи на приём — просто нереально, телефоны никто не берёт. Можно часами звонить. А если человеку срочно нужна помощь? Даже с вип-статусом и личным менеджером отправляют в какие-то странные места. Нужно было к дерматологу — сказали, сначала иди к семейному врачу. Прихожу по адресу, а там непонятно что: офис в жилом доме без указателей, только табличка на двери. Контора уже давно съехала, судя по пыли на табличке, а они людей туда продолжают записывать. Какой-то семейный врач сидит в таком "офисе" в грязном месте. Когда сообщил, что по этому адресу ничего нет, сначала бросили трубку. Потом перезвонили и сказали, что никакие направления не нужны, иди сразу к дерматологу. Это жуть! Сплошной обман и полное отсутствие профессионализма.

Avoid these fraudsters.

When my trip got cancelled, they didn't provide any assistance. Their policy is oddly missing from their website when purchasing insurance. Feels like nothing more than a scam.

This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. They're just ripping people off. I had full travel insurance and specifically got coverage for flight delay, cancellation, or curtailment. Their website and policy clearly state that you're COVERED if your flight is cancelled or delayed. When my flight was cancelled, I was calm because I figured, “Good thing I bought insurance.” But when I tried to contact them for help, it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone. I called non-stop for 6 hours, but nobody answered. I tried four different numbers and three live chats, always getting the same response: contact the call center. The problem was no one answered my calls. After hours of trying, someone finally picked up. The operator, Lasha, asked for my details, which I gave. Then he muted me for 5 minutes and came back to say I'm NOT INSURED for flight cancellation. I was furious, questioning the point of having insurance if I don't get reimbursed. He said I should have read the fine print hidden on their website. They claim coverage for flight cancellations right on their site. It's just a scam. I hope their loved ones face the same issue when they need help. Absolutely awful customer service and an overall terrible experience with this company. Never again.
