სხვა კლინიკაში პროცედურის გაკეთება მომიწია, რადგან პროვაიდერ კლინიკაში ოპერაცია არ გამიკეთეს. მიზეზად დაასახელეს, რომ თანხა დროულად და საჭირო რაოდენობით არ ირიცხება. ხელშეკრულების მიხედვით, 100%-იანი ანაზღაურება მეკუთვნოდა, თუმცა საბოლოოდ 0 ლარი ანაზღაურდა. მეცოდინეთ, რომ თუ დიდი თანხის ანაზღაურებას მოითხოვთ, გამოგონილი მიზეზები მზად აქვთ.

Terrible customer service. The operators speak English but still say, “Sorry, I don’t speak English. Another operator will call you back, please wait.” I called them at 3, and now it’s 6. Called 7-8 times. Totally disappointed.

When the doctor gave me a referral for specific tests, I, without prior knowledge, had the tests done and requested the company to reimburse half of the amount based on our agreement. The company refused, stating that the treatment wasn't from a personal doctor but a specialist. So, I apparently need a personal doctor's duplicate referral in addition to the specialist's. There is no explanation for why. This is a terrible company, very unfriendly, and refuses to fulfill their promises.

გადაუდებელი ოპერაციის დაფინანსებისთვის საათობით გალოდინებენ. გეგმიურზე დაფინანსებაზე კი საერთოდ რა იქნება, არავინ იცის. უპასუხისმგებლო კომპანია თავის ოპერატორებთან ერთად.

Находясь в Германии, меня отправили в клинику по неотложке, и эта "компания" дала мне турецкий номер. Мне пришлось звонить в Турцию. Они сказали, что только продают полисы, а ответы дадут турки! В итоге из 1469 евро мне возместили только 20 евро! Такие компании нужно закрыть! Держитесь подальше от этой мошеннической организации!!

It's among the top health insurance companies in the Caucasus region. Overall, I had a positive experience, though there were a few minor issues. The service provided is reliable, and their coverage options are impressive. However, occasionally the response time can be a bit slow.

Ужасный сервис. Постоянно длинная очередь к оператору.

FALSE FALSE FALSE! This is the absolute worst insurance company out there. The service is terrible, everyone is so insincere and dishonest. That’s what happens when there's a monopoly!
