The staff is warm and hospitable, with Aksa standing out for her genuine welcome, politeness, kindness, and helpfulness. The atmosphere is pleasantly quiet. Prices are fairly reasonable. It's important for them to provide a payment machine for bank card transactions. Highly recommend this place for its tasty dishes. I will definitely return many times. Keep up the great taste!

The service was exceptional. I want to highlight Ms. Aksa for being very friendly, polite, and tactful. Ms. Nathiya and Ms. Jyothi were also incredibly helpful, cheerful, and diplomatic. Overall, the service was outstanding.

I ordered jeera rice and dal, and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get it after repeatedly asking. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PATIENCE TO WAIT AND CAN HANDLE THE NOISE! The staff were generally fine, but Layla was exceptionally kind and made the experience slightly better. The food was okay, but again, too expensive. The upstairs area was warm and clean. A rude girl upset my sister by destroying her snowman, though someone else kindly helped her rebuild it. Overall, I would rate the place 5.5 out of 10. The lentil soup wasn’t impressive either.

The food was nearly impossible to eat. We are familiar with and enjoy Indian cuisine, but we couldn't recognize what we were served. Despite being the only diners there, service was slow. One of the main dishes arrived before the soup. The chicken tandoori was extremely dry. The soups tasted unnatural. We asked for Indian Chai, specifying it should be real chai with spices, and the waitress assured us it would be, but we got bitter black tea with milk instead. We spent almost 200 lari for this questionable experience, and to top it off, they only accept cash, not card. It would have been nice to know this upfront. Overall, it was a dreadful experience. Clearly, there's a reason the restaurant was empty. ***Editing: I've seen other responses to negative reviews, and it's clear you often bully reviewers with the same tactics. Since you claim I've never been to your awful restaurant, here's the receipt I paid in cash because you don't accept cards, as you only mentioned at the end of the meal. No wonder there's denial involved.
