The wine cellar ”Giuaani" is based in the village of Manavi, in Kakheti, and the store is in the Georgian capital.
Production started in 2010, and the founder was Kakha Giuashvili, who decided to return to his homeland and restore the family business. The soil of this area is ideal for growing white grapes.
The company has existed for more than 100 years and has experienced many difficulties, but since the early 2000s it has begun to develop rapidly and is now one of the leaders in the production of white wines using the latest technologies.
Wine production is carried out in two ways: European and in traditional clay vessels called kvevri.
