Our luggage disappeared and was never recovered.

Couldn't locate anyone.

This company used to provide excellent service, but my recent experience was awful. The bus from Kutaisi to Tbilisi stopped at least six times because there’s no restroom onboard, and passengers with children requested breaks every half hour. The smoke smell inside the bus was unbearable. I’m very disappointed.

Extremely rude staff. Even though I was told the bus would depart right after buying the ticket, we ended up waiting for them to fill a doubledecker bus, which took 2 hours. Terrible service!

როგორც ტურისტული მენეჯერი, ძალიან მოხიბლული ვარ ამ კომპანიის მომსახურებით, კომფორტით და ფასებით. ყველა ჩვენი კლიენტი, ვინც გვყავს ჯგუფურ ტურებზე ევროპაში, ნამდვილად კმაყოფილნი არიან. ნამდვილად ვურჩევ მგზავრობას ამ ავტობუსით. სხვა კომპანია ვცადეთ, მაგრამ პირველივე მცდელობისას მომხმარებლების აზრი გავითვალისწინეთ და საბოლოოდ ამ კომპანიას მივაქციეთ ყურადღება. აქიდან სწორედ დროულად გადიან, ხოლო მოლოდნისას ითვალისწინებენ მგზავრების საჭიროებებს, თუ რაიმე პრობლემა აქვს ტურისტს. შაბათსაც ვგეგმავთ ოცდაორ ტურისტთან ერთად მოგზაურობას:)))

I took a minibus from Tbilisi to Kutaisi airport, and it was a nightmare. The driver was reckless, speeding and overtaking where it was dangerous. We didn't leave on schedule and wasted 20 minutes waiting for some people. Last time, I traveled on a big bus, and it was fine.

The staff is extremely rude, and there's no clear information on what size bags are allowed. The ticket just mentions "small bags allowed," which means it's up to the mood of the staff whether your bag is permitted on the bus that day. We traveled from Kutaisi to Tbilisi with the same backpacks and had no issues, but on the way back, the staff was very unfriendly when we explained we couldn't leave a backpack with an expensive laptop and personal items in the cargo area. They even suggested canceling our reservation and finding another mode of transport in the middle of the night if we didn't like it. Even though the bus is comfortable, after such treatment, we won't be traveling with them again.

Excellent and cozy trips between Kutaisi airport and Tbilisi. The staff is really friendly and polite — they even offered us free water. In my opinion, it's hard to find a better service at this price point of 20 GEL.

Avoid this bus service. It has two levels, and they won't let the driver depart until it's fully occupied. We had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes before leaving from Kutaisi to Tbilisi.

ახლა ვზივარ ავტობუსში და ძალიან კმაყოფილი ვარ! კომფორტული და სუფთაა. გვაქვს ინტერნეტი, გათბობა და კიდევ წყალი მოგვაწოდეს. ყველაფერ ამას 20 ლარად ნამდვილად ვერ უფუჭებ.

Сейчас еду на автобусе из Кутаиси в Тбилиси, и это просто ужасно неудобно. Уснуть невозможно. Автобус жутко трясет, каждую кочку ощущаем. Такое впервые встречаю. Сначала думал, что дело в дороге, но даже на магистрали проблема сохраняется. Думаю, у автобуса технические проблемы: то ли колеса слишком накачаны, то ли амортизаторы не работают. К тому же остановка в городе в таком месте, куда общественный транспорт не доезжает — рядом только "Гудвилл" и "Белукс", так что приходится брать такси.

Absolutely the best option! The bus was extremely comfortable. We weren’t exhausted even though our flight was late. Thanks a lot! Highly recommend!
