I had my legal documents, such as my passport, translated and notarized by Keti. I was impressed by her precise and client-focused service. She is approachable and receptive to feedback, addressing any translation issues promptly. Communicating with her on WhatsApp was also a highlight, as it streamlined the process significantly. The office is conveniently located, and the staff is welcoming. The pricing was fair compared to other notaries in Tbilisi, which was reassuring as a foreign client. Keti demonstrates strong professionalism. I will definitely return for notary services whenever needed in the future.

Познакомился с этой нотариальной конторой через автошколу. Всё прошло отлично. Очень приветливый персонал, который говорит на русском. Получили два экземпляра перевода паспорта за 35 лари.

Позвонили, но разговор не состоялся — просто положили трубку. Когда пришли, все же удалось договориться и назначить время. Пришли вовремя, а нотариуса пришлось ждать полтора часа. Никаких извинений за задержку не последовало. Отношение к клиентам оставляет желать лучшего, проориентированность на клиента здесь явно не в приоритете.

Замечательное место. Очень приятные секретари. Нотариус просто приветливый! На оформление свидетельства о рождении ушло всего 30 минут. Настоятельно советую посетить!

Terrible experience and very unprofessional service from Keti. She ignored my emails and wasted my time. I went in on Thursday, and she told me she couldn't fulfill my request. When I called later that day, she asked me to return on Monday, only to refuse service again. Despite emailing to confirm the time, I never received a response. I strongly advise against using her services.

Never open during listed hours, and they don't pick up the phone.

Работают ужасно. Такое впечатление, что делают одолжение. К нотариусу претензий нет, так как даже не удалось встретиться из-за сотрудников, которые принимают документы.
