Night club "TES club"

A top pick of mine.

Spent time in line on a weekday just to be turned away with a group of two couples without any explanation. Not worth it if you're a tourist looking for a fun night. Better to steer clear of this place.

Face control didn't let me in without any explanation. The doors had just opened, and there was nobody inside. I really don’t get it. This kind of policy feels unwelcoming and quite off-putting. People spoke well of this place, but I'm not sure I'd give it another shot. I've been to numerous clubs and techno events, and I even worked as a DJ and event organiser. Watch out, your face control strategy is only hurting your business.

The place was quite empty. About the "look at the camera" policy - there’s no one actually monitoring. It's just the bouncer or staff who decides who gets in.

Seeing all the disappointed folks who couldn't get in, there's definitely a reason for that ;) Truthfully, it's the best spot I've visited. მადლობა.

They claim to embrace the EU, yet they display racism towards EU citizens. They only allow Georgians in!

The party ended 1.5 hours earlier than advertised, and nobody mentioned that at the entrance. We paid, only to be told later that it was our responsibility to ask if the event was still happening. They dismissed our request for a refund, saying it was "just 20 GEL" and implied we were being greedy. They were unwilling to help.

Awful experience with the face control. I love Georgia and Tbilisi, but I suggest choosing a club in another country. It's absolutely not worth it.

This club is racist. They wouldn't let me in. The bouncer looked at the camera and denied entry just for fun because he didn't want someone new. Not worth going there.

I find it puzzling when people label it as racism. We were turned away from Bassiani, but we tried at another place and were let in without a hitch. I’m not Georgian, so it's clear to me that their entry decisions are based purely on security measures, not on discrimination.

This place ranks as my second favorite spot in Tbilisi. It's not very well-known, though. The entry policy is pretty strict, but the atmosphere is incredible. If you're turned away at the entrance, it doesn’t mean there’s any bias involved. There are dress codes and standards of behavior similar to what's expected at a jazz club.

Arriving in Tbilisi on a Sunday evening, I was on the lookout for a club or bar with an LGBT-friendly vibe. A local recommended this spot, as it's the only option open on Sunday nights when others are closed. The great thing about going there on a Sunday is their happy hour, which attracts a lively crowd ready to have fun. The venue is spacious, featuring both indoor and outdoor areas, making it quite vibrant and energetic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the establishment's rules ensure a safe environment for the LGBT community. I had a positive experience and think it's definitely worth a visit. One small downside might be that it could get a bit crowded, but that's understandable given the limited options on a Sunday.

The staff is arrogant and rude, insisting you look into a camera for some "face security." I wasn't interested in passing their test and couldn't care less. Behavior like this shouldn't exist.

I adore the distinctive atmosphere and vibe of this place.

Fantastic venue with wonderful folks.

Great music, and the bathrooms are clean. The venue has a kind of open-air area and a dance floor, while the interior is quite dark. The sound system is good. Drinks are a bit pricey, but not too bad. It's nice that no photos are allowed!

Spent three weekends in Tbilisi and made it a point to visit this club each time. Easily one of the top spots for a fun night out in the city. A lot of LGBTQ+ folks frequent the place, and the music is top-notch! Absolutely worth a visit.

The experience was terrible. You start by waiting in a long line, like at an immigration counter. They watch you on camera, checking each person. They decide who gets in, but it's unclear how. Drinks are expensive. Don't expect friendly staff. It feels like management supports scammers who target foreigners with fake smiles. We had to call security several times. Felt very unsafe. We left after about 30 minutes. Avoid this place. A definite No. ✋🏿

Nationalism-based face control, rude staff, terrible service, filthy environment, and fake alcohol. This show isn't even worth 50 GEL.

This place is a complete letdown. People only visit here and similar spots in Tbilisi because the city lacks decent clubs. The outdated "face control" routine is enforced by rude and obnoxious staff. It feels like you're being admitted to a detention camp. Locals don’t mind this because they’re used to it and often don’t notice. If you’re a visitor, don’t risk your valuable night, or even your entire stay in Tbilisi. There is still a significant gap for Georgians to fill in terms of international norms and the service industry.

This spot in Tbilisi is a top-notch place for nightlife. It features both Underground and Garden stages, playing techno, tech-house, acid-tech, and similar genres. The energy is electric, with plenty of young people having a fantastic time.

Free entry on Sundays. Fantastic place for dancing.

They refused to let me in without any clear or reasonable explanation. I looked good, was completely sober, and, most importantly, my friends were already inside waiting for me.

This place is fantastic.

They won't let you in if you're BROWN or BLACK. I've never experienced something like this before, and it felt really strange. I tried to enter with two friends who are white, but I was turned away because I'm brown, while my friends were allowed inside. After me, I saw three brown guys and two brown girls get rejected too. Meanwhile, four groups of white men were let in. A group of six brown people, both guys and girls, were also denied entry. A black man and his wife faced the same discrimination. From outside, it was clear they only let white people in. If you’re not WHITE, don't even try. This place isn’t meant for us if you're brown or black. Don't waste your time! Nightlife here is only for whites, unfortunately.

We got to the entrance at 1 AM on a Sunday. The line was so long that we spent an hour just to reach the security. They told us to stare at a camera on the wall for a few seconds, then simply said "NO". This happened even though we weren’t even drunk. I couldn't figure out their selection criteria, despite having registered on their website beforehand. If you're planning to go for the first time like us, I suggest you don't waste your time.
