The Georgian people especially loved the work of Iosif Noneshvili for his genuine skill in conveying the feelings and thoughts of ordinary citizens, soldiers and workers who fought for peace and friendship of peoples. The writer was distinguished by his responsiveness, desire and desire to help people in need, for which the Georgians nicknamed him “The Poet of Love”.

Among Noneshvili's literary works, the poems “God and Hands”, “Water of the Nation”, “Medea” and “There is such a country” stand out. Many of the author's works were translated into foreign languages and served as the basis for musical compositions.

The House-Museum of Iosif Noneshvili, located in his native village of Kardinakhi, was founded in 1985. The museum fund has 17,000 exhibits, including videos, photographs, portraits of the writer, documentary materials and manuscripts. In total, the museum has six exhibition halls, one of which is used for conferences, wine tasting and other events.
