Veriko Anjaparidze and Mikheil Chiaureli House Museum

The House Museum, located in the central district of Tbilisi, presents to all guests of Georgia a rich collection of exhibits about the history and figures of the national theater and cinema.
The museum contains photo and video materials, stage notes, unique manuscripts, posters, sketches and sculptures. Archival materials collected in the exhibition hall allow preserving cultural heritage through generations.
The museum provides an opportunity to learn as much as possible about the best international actress and People's Artist of Armenia Sofiko Chiaureli, about the founder of Georgian cinema Mikhail Chiaureli, about famous artists Kote Makharadze and Veriko Anjaparidze, who performed in theater and cinema.
Creative figures made an unforgettable contribution to the development and prosperity of theatrical art, they participated in many performances and operas, thanks to which their skills were appreciated at the world level.
