The woman at the reception was extremely rude and then refused to exchange my money, claiming that their system was down, which was a blatant lie. What a miserable person.

Сначала всё прошло гладко, но в следующий раз столкнулся с трудностями. В один день мне обменяли сумму без проблем, а в другой — отказали, заявив, что обслуживают только владельцев грузинских паспортов. При этом до этого сказали вернуться через час, а потом предложили прийти через 30 минут. Впечатление оставили неоднозначное.

This is the worst exchange I've ever encountered. The service is awful. They stereotype people based on their nationality. I had a terrible experience. Once, they refused to exchange money for a girl, claiming the system was down, but they exchanged money for me. Today, it was the opposite; they refused to serve me. Their behavior is very racist. Even if they offered the best rate, I would never return. The first time, they shorted us 1000 GEL, and only realized it after we pointed it out. The service and how they treat different customers is very poor. If you go there, you'll just waste your time. The exchange across the street is much better.

Ужасное впечатление от обслуживания. Сотрудники несколько раз возвращали деньги, говоря, что система не работает, но после меня другие могли обменять. В первый день нам обменяли и хотели дать на 1000 лари меньше. Кажется, они не умеют считать. Женщине после нас сказали, что не могут обменять для нее. Такое отношение — чистый расизм. Обслуживание и привлечение клиентов зависит от национальности. Берут деньги и паспорт, а через 10 минут сообщают, что ничего не выйдет. В других местах мы смогли обменять почти 3000 евро. Опять столкнулись с проблемой: нам отказали, а остальным обменяли. Сервис отвратительный, а персонал ужасный. Владелец и власти должны обратить на это внимание. Никому не советую сюда идти. Лучше потерять деньги, чем снова испытать такое отношение и грубость. Единственный негативный опыт за 15 дней в Грузии, все остальное было отлично.

Best rate in the old town, very professional service. Offers better rates for USD and RUB than the banks.

We weren't able to exchange money here, even after two attempts. Each time we tried, we got unclear explanations about why it wasn't possible. However, the people ahead of us managed to exchange their money without any issues. In the end, we went to a different place across the street and exchanged at the same rate.

Excellent rates and prompt service. The office is equipped with air conditioning. It's an impressive place, and I'm puzzled by the low ratings.

The customer service is rude. She speaks poor English and then mocks and rolls her eyes when you can't understand her.

They claim to be open 24/7, but the staff seems to stop whenever they feel like it. Plus, the staff is really impolite.

The rates here are unbeatable in Tbilisi.

This exchange place in Tbilisi is reliable, offering rates almost like those on the xe website. The process does take a bit longer, as you have to sync with their system and staff, who can be a bit aloof. However, there's no need to worry since they're trustworthy and offer good rates, just a few lari less than xe, and without any commissions.

The staff here are the least friendly I've encountered in Tbilisi. They literally toss your passport and money at you.

Extremely impolite staff. I was hoping for a better dollar exchange rate.

8.00 23 декабря - девушка в офисе назвала мне заниженную сумму. Она записала ее на бумаге. Я пересчитал на телефоне и был прав... сумма оказалась меньше примерно на 60 лари. Не знаю, была ли это ошибка или что-то еще. В итоге она выдала мне правильную сумму и извинилась.

Отличное место с выгодным курсом и без комиссии. Сумма, которую выдали, оказалась выше, чем ожидалось, основываясь на данных из интернета. Единственный минус — слишком тщательно проверяют документы, так что, если перед вами кто-то есть, можно подождать около 10 минут.
