If you're looking to receive a small package from the USA, their service is efficient and quick, and there are plenty of locations to collect your package. However, for foreigners getting something worth over 300 GEL, it might be better to look elsewhere. They seem to have issues with VAT processing, which can slow things down significantly. On the plus side, paying for shipping is simple and quick, and they've adjusted their pricing for better value.

ENThe service provided is disappointing. If a package's dimensions are larger than its weight, they calculate the cost based on the size instead. They do offer a repackaging service, but it comes across as deceptive. For instance, my small MIDI keyboard arrived in an overly large box, and the "repackaging" barely reduced it by a few centimeters. On top of that, their system is so inefficient that submitting a complaint is nearly impossible. They lack customer-friendliness. DEDer Service ist enttäuschend. Dealing with getting anything over $100 delivered is a pure nightmare. It's just awful. Last time, I used this service to send myself a laptop I had owned for 2 years. I dropped it in Georgia, and rather than buy a new one, I had my sister send me my old one. Seems simple, right? Wrong. It was a bureaucratic nightmare filled with forms, fees, and endless commuting by metro and taxi.

I originally paid $210 for my laptop. After a few weeks, I received a notification demanding a 20 GEL customs fee. No guidance on how or where to pay it was provided, making it my problem. Can you pay customs on their website? Of course not. You have to go to a bank, pay it in person with your passport. The bank staff often doesn't even know how to process these payments.

A week later, they emailed me to pay a VAT because the laptop was over the $100 limit. Despite explaining it wasn't a recent purchase, they didn’t care. I went to the bank to pay this fee, only to learn I needed a Tax ID number from a Tax Revenue office first. After a long wait and being redirected to multiple locations, I obtained the Tax ID. Back at the bank, it took nearly an hour to find someone who knew how to process the VAT payment, which cost over 100 GEL.

Even after paying customs and VAT, and getting a Tax ID, I still had to photograph the receipt, convert it to a PDF, and upload it to their dysfunctional website. After days of waiting, I went to the branch to collect my laptop but had to pay nearly 100 GEL in fees to the service.

Photographing receipts, converting images, paying fees, and wasting time in lines and transport, alongside poor guidance and nonexistent customer support, made for an insane experience. Advised improvements: allow customs fees payments online, store Tax ID for easy VAT payments, and provide real customer support. If a gift or personal item is sent, why should I still bear VAT charges? This was an absurd ordeal. Never again.

I wouldn't advise using this service. It doesn’t really save you money compared to buying from local shops in Georgia. Instead, you’ll deal with tons of stress from missed delivery dates, lack of support, and uncertain delivery. I purchased electronics worth about $1200, and they promised delivery to Batumi by October 15th. Now it's October 22nd, and they’re telling me to pick it up myself at the Tbilisi airport. It's extremely disappointing.

My package was held there for nearly 3 years because they missed the delivery before Christmas 2021. Surprisingly, it was waiting for me among my recent orders. They didn't toss it out, which was quite amusing. It's like when unpredictability becomes a good thing.

Horrible service. Ordering items under $100 is fine, but anything that involves customs is a total waste of time. They have no real customer support. The chat bot doesn’t work. And if you email them, you'll only get a response from an AI. One star on every platform!

It's the only service I know that offers frequent flights, so if you have many inexpensive parcels, they won't be bundled into one shipment, avoiding customs fees over 300 GEL. However, the delivery schedule varies, which seems to be a temporary issue. Unfortunately, I have to reduce my rating to 3 stars due to the unresponsiveness of email support. Support tickets are closed without a reply. My questions are answered by an AI assistant, but those responses are unreliable and lack legal significance. The website's functionality is good, but you'll need to figure out customs clearance on your own if you have questions.

My package arrived at their US office days back, but it still doesn't appear on their website. When I reached out for help, I got blocked on their Facebook page. The service is terrible. I really hope to receive my $500 parcel eventually. I will never use this service again.

Плюсы: посылки из США в Грузию доставляют быстро, зачастую даже раньше срока. Процессы автоматизированы. Минусы: декларация иногда занимает до двух недель, а однажды про мою посылку забыли и она была оформлена лишь спустя 3-4 недели. Вопрос с декларацией — это узкое место! У других компаний это обычно делается в день получения. Также не до конца ясна формула расчета стоимости.

Their prices are insanely higher compared to other companies. Out of nowhere, something that used to be priced at X now usually costs 3-4 times more. It's outrageous. Do yourself a favor and stay away from their services unless you enjoy being overcharged and forced to pay exorbitant fees.

Работа идет очень медленно, и почти все приходится делать самостоятельно. Операторы пытаются помочь и разобраться в проблеме, но в итоге клиент делает все сам и не получает никакой реальной помощи. Мы долго ждали посылку и оформление документов на нее, а затем много раз нас просили что-то переделать, поменять, перевести, хотя, на мой взгляд, это не должно входить в обязанности клиентов. Хотелось бы, чтобы время клиентов ценилось больше и чтобы обязанности сотрудников не перекладывались на них. В общем, опыт оставляет желать лучшего, хотя спасибо за старания (если это можно так назвать 😀).

Все было хорошо, пока они не перешли на формулу "объемного веса". С этого момента всё пошло наперекосяк. Заказал обычную клавиатуру, а из-за этой глупой формулы пришлось заплатить шокирующие 108 лари! Это недопустимо! Больше их услугами пользоваться не буду. И, кстати, они врут про эту формулу, утверждая, что это придумали авиакомпании и они тут ни при чем. Не верю. Замечаю, что на их странице в Facebook нет негативных отзывов, только положительные. Похоже, они ещё и удаляют отрицательные комментарии. Позор.
