    Обещали перевезти за 18 дней, а везли 31. Постоянно врали про сроки: «до конца месяца», «вот уже почти». Заказала разбор, погрузку и упаковку кровати, но её сломали. Обсуждали, что на месте нужна разгрузка и сборка — сказали, что всё нормально, грузчики есть. В итоге в воскресенье в 10 утра звонит водитель: «Я на месте». Грузчиков нет, водитель один, перевозчик не отвечает. Непонятно, что делать. Теперь игнорируют в чате, за ремонт сломанной кровати платить, похоже, не собираются. Цены выше рыночных. Есть подозрения, что обманули со стоимостью. По их "весам" груз 440 кг, но это неправда. Выгружала с мужем, там нет столько. Фотки со склада мутные, с частью вещей и весами. Весы большие не имею, доказать не могу. Но кровать точно сломали они.

    В процессе доставки разбили две коробки с посудой, остались только осколки. Написал менеджеру. Ответили не сразу, но в итоге сделали компенсацию. Минус звезда за водителя, который напортачил при доставке.

    Цены оставляют ощущение путаницы. Сначала называют минимум, привлекая внимание, но потом стоимость вырастает в три раза. Объясняют это тем, что изначальные цены действительны для большего объема груза. Хотя изначально обсуждали груз.
