ყოველთვის ვიცავდი ამ კომპანიას სოციალურ ქსელებში კრიტიკისგან, რადგან მეგონა, რომ ერთხელ მაინც გაუმჯობესდებოდნენ. სამწუხაროდ, ყოველდღე უარესდება მათი სერვისი. არსებობს განსაკუთრებული ჯგუფებიც კი, რომლებიც მათგან დაზარალდნენ. ჩემი მოთმინება დღეს საბოლოოდ ამოიწურა. 17 დღე დასჭირდათ, რომ აშშ-დან ამანათი ჩამეტანათ, და დეკლარაციაც კი არ დაწერეს, სანამ ნერვები არ მომეშალა. ბაზარზე არის ძალიან ბევრი მსგავსი "ჭ" კლასი კომპანიის, და აღარ მაქვს სურვილი, რომ მათზე ვნერვიულობდე. იქნებ სხვები უფრო პროგრესულები აღმოჩნდნენ! ურთიერთობა ამ კომპანიასთან დავასრულე.

This company is terrible. There are constant issues with parcels, and small packages often go missing. The wait times are excessively long, and both communication and management are at a very low level. A package sent on November 14 hasn’t even reached Georgia yet.
