    The staff member I dealt with was very rude and uninterested. He forced me to change computers in the middle of a game, which resulted in me being unable to reconnect. I lost elo and received a cooldown because of it. He refused to take any responsibility and instead blamed me. It's obvious they stop caring about customers the moment they get your money. There are much better options nearby.
