The only doctor, Irakli Otarashvili, was highly competent and did an excellent job. However, the service at the clinic leaves much to be desired. The departments are not coordinated with each other, and patients who are post-operative and unable to move around on their own have to go to many places to see other doctors.I, as the son of a patient, am not allowed to be near my father before and after surgery. In addition, my father's medications and clothes have been taken away from him. Is this a normal practice? The Gerardi Clinic needs to take steps to improve the quality of care as the current situation is unacceptable.
