    Сотрудники — полные некомпетенты, это касается и руководства. Работать не хотят, но правила придумывают пачками и сами их не соблюдают. Связываться с ними — себе дороже. Настоящие мошенники.

    Ужасное обслуживание. Хотел получить визу за 30 лари, а менеджер навязывал карту за 120. Потом хотел отменить карту, тоже не сделал, а сказал, что сделает. Нужно было также сменить номер на новой карте — пообещали, но ничего не поменяли. Пришлось снова идти, а второй сотрудник тоже не смог объяснить, как пользоваться интернет-банком или активировать карту для онлайн покупок. Когда у вас появятся нормальные операторы?
