There is a small museum in Tbilisi, consisting of 2 rooms. A Georgian musician, writer, politician, colleague Z. was born and lived here. Gamsakhurdia Merab Kostava. This museum cannot be called a major attraction in Georgia, it is rather for local residents. Foreigners don't know anything about Kostava unless they are interested in the history of the political movement.

This is a small house with a garden. Visitors enter the rooms through the veranda. One of them is presented in the form of a prison cell, and the second is an ordinary, residential one. There is traditional furniture, cabinets with books. The walls are decorated with paintings and photographs.

A piano occupies a significant place. After all, Merab was a talented musician, loved the music of Chopin, Beethoven, Schubert. The museum presents M. Kostav's manuscripts, illegal newspapers, photographs and personal belongings. From Tuesday to Friday at 15:00 guided tours and lectures are held:
